Poor
I moved into a brand new Lovell property less than 3 months ago and have had many problems.
I had 1 week without hot water and heating, due to incorrect wiring to ASHP, which wasn't an easy process to get resolved.
I now have damp and mould in the loft which was reported over a week ago and still no contact from Lovells.
If anyone were to ask me if they should move to a Lovells property, I would say "no".
Edit:
The damp and mould in the loft is NOT as a result of the extractor fan. The extractor fan was inspected a few weeks ago and deemed to be installed correctly.
As reported, the side wall in the loft is completely covered in mould and damp.

We are sorry to hear about the problems you have been experiencing with your new home.
We understand that your Air Source Heat Pump issue has now been resolved and is working as it should be. With regards to the issue with your extractor fan, we are aware that our electricians have visited and confirmed that it has been installed correctly, and as you are aware we have now asked our plumbing contractor to check the connection to the tile vent. The contractor will contact you directly to make an appointment to attend your home, but they are hoping to attend before the end of this week. Often these issues are caused by condensation in the ducting, due to the fans being turned off. The condensation then runs down the ducting onto the ceiling causing a damp patch. The fans are designed to run continuously which then removes any moisture in the room, or ducting, and prevents it causing an issue on the ceiling, so it is important to ensure the fan is left on to run continuously in the background.

The sales team (Caroline and Jade) are excellent and very helpful. However, I cannot say the same for their bosses. When people do not keep their word, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Personally, I would have pulled out of buying this property because of this, but my wife really loved the location of the property. So, for her sake, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. Hopefully, they will keep their word going forward.

Prepare to go into a long battle
It is an ongoing battle to get anything done. Excuse after excuse and repeat visits to ‘inspect’, by people not qualified to do so. Endless repeat calls to customer service who don’t actually do anything. Having to go to NHBC next. Actually feel sorry for the guy on site who turns up with no idea why he is back again. They have so many photos of our property, they can fill an album!
