Love Water Limited Reviews

We have been a customer of Love Water for some years now and always had great service from everyone. Kyle is our current delivery man and he is very polite and friendly, always comes in with a big smile on his face.

Top of the pops really, just love this system, every 3x months all the plastic pipes are replaced, no chemicals, no Legionella puurfect!, great tasting water, reasonably priced, lovely people a real pleasure. Piotr always comes to do our deliveries and new pipes and he is always happy and efficient. Thank you

We had a delivery from Kyle this morning. He is always extremely pleasant and efficient.
Nothing is too much trouble for him.

Always received a great service. Nick is always been hands on accommodating our needs, ordering is super simple, and our delivery driver Kyle is very friendly and professional.

Thank you to all the team at LoveWater, but especially to Simon who's been excellent with quick communication and installation of our water cooler. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a company. 5*

We had a guy out today to replace our water dispenser. I didn't get his name but he had blue hair so shouldn't be too hard to identify. Anyway just wanted to say how polite he was. He was very friendly and carried out the job quickly. He came across as someone who enjoys his job. A credit to Love Water

Fast, professional and reliable. These guys are great! I was dealing with Nick Swan who was totally brilliant. He turned us around water coolers within a couple of days for a BAFTA event. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Hi Sandra

Please can you pass on my thanks to today’s delivery driver, James - 16.2.22. I forgot to put our empties out, and he went round the back of the shed, found them and replaced with full ones.
What a star!
Always get an excellent service from Lovewater, but James went above and beyond.

Thank you so much for our branded water cooler. Cant remember the guy's name but he was very friendly and fitted the personalised cover for us. Amazing staff and amazing service.

Thank you from PSC Electrical

Jason came to our site IQ Kingston to do a delivery and we probably have not seen him before lockdown.

It was great seeing him and he cracked on with the job

Brilliant service and very accommodating to our needs.
The branded panels certainly give it that extra special professional look!

We are extremely happy with the quality of the products and the service. The water cooler looks great, the taste of the mineral water is very good and the service & customer relations service excellent. So happy to have finally made the move more than 2 years ago and finally get rid of plastic bottles in our family!
Thank you. Coralie

We ordered three customised water coolers from Love Water, to which they did an amazing job, great design and prompt response on any and all queries.
Simon Wellborne was very efficient in checking the fine detail and that we were happy with everything, even popped in with a little ‘thank you for your business’ gift. They come highly recommended by Login Business Lounge.

Love our water dispenser. It’s coming up to our sixt year enjoying the service.
Thank you!

Our greatest thanks to Love Water for supporting the Heart Cells Charity Screening of the latest Bond Film at the May Fair Hotel on the 3rd October 2021. The event was a great success. All guests in the cinema received a bottle of water which ensured they were hydrated while watching the Bond Film.

Our thanks to Nick and the team for delivering so very promptly and donating to such a valuable cause.

Thank you from the Heart Cells Foundation

Excellent service and staff.

On our last two deliveries we have some problems with our lifts and your drivers gaining access to the premises, and drivers on both occasions have gone above and beyond to ensure we still received our order.

Having such quality staff on the team make it a pleasure to order from Love Water and we will continue to do so.

Fantastic service!

Nick and the team looked after us very well and ensured our new machine was up and running the day we moved into our office. Thanks again!

Nick and his team have been exceptional. A great product (still and sparkling). Their team is dependable and distribution always tries to work with our crazy schedules to ensure we get our bottles on time and when convenient.
