Love Water Limited Reviews

Lovely water, great cooler and excellent service! Well done to the team at Love Water!

My wife loves water! Really loves it! So for her birthday I decided to get her a home water cooler from LoveWater. I emailed their sales team and they were happy to arrange a delivery date and time for the exact date while she was at work. The surprise worked out perfectly! Great team, great service, and great quality product! I would highly recommend this company! Agnis

We at Brighton and Sussex University Hospitals Trust were so thrilled with the large donation of bottled water we received! This has gone out to all our staff working on the COVID wards at the moment and to our portering staff too. Everyone has been so thrilled and grateful to receive it and it has been much needed as breaks are few and far between at the moment. Thank you all so so much and thank you for your amazing service as well. An especially big thank you to Nick who has been so kind and patient and delivered these to us without any issues at all, despite us mixing up our timings and being unable to meet him there! Thank you!!

Been a customer since 2008, always a pleasure to work with, nothing ever too much trouble. If there is an issue always rectified quickly.

Highly recommend Nick, Sandra and the team

Thank you do much for your very kind donation to the staff at East Surrey Hospital.

Thanks for all your great service providing our family with this lovely tasting water! Iris Hay

Couldn’t live without our lovely dispenser. Blenheim Palace water is thirst-quenchingly brilliant!!

We’ve had a mini cooler from Love Water for five years and would now never be without it. The water is perfect and it’s encouraged us all to drink more water every day. Love Water’s customer service is exceptional and the overall cost is very reasonable.

I have the mini cooler and have been ordering from Lovewater for over 15 years and i have found them extremely reliable and professional as a company. The water tastes so good that I have recently started ordering their sparkling water which did not disappoint.

This is a company that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Great service & our rep, Angel went the extra mile. My staff love having great tasting water available in the office.

We have been a customer of Lovewater for over 10 years. The mini water coolers are not bulky and fits into any room. Its easy access to lovely tasting cold water on tap, which has encouraged my family to drink more water. The delivery and service is fantastic and reliable. I highly recommend the product.

The water tastes so good! Love Water is a huge improvement to our tap water. For our family, it is a health issue to be able to drink healthy water. Their customer service is impeccable, always in communication and always delivering on time and with a smile!

Unlike all the other reviewers I just glanced over, I have not been a customer for decades. We have only just signed up with our company a few months ago. All I can say is that the salesperson who dealt with us (Angel) is very nice, the guy who delivered the water also, the water tastes good and my staff like it. Everybody is happy with it. And it beats lugging bottles from Sainsbury's any day. :)
From our kettle, I can tell that it has more minerals than the water we had before (which came from a home filter).
Overall a pleasant and workable solution for us that I can recommend if you want convenient water at the office.
Update: After using the service for almost four years now, we are still happy. Still good service. Latest contact: Julie from Customer Service. Fast, efficient, friendly. What more can you ask for?

We’ve been a customer of Lovewater for about 15 years. We brought the water cooler for home to try and encourage the children to drink more water and we had it ever since! Great product and fantastic customer service. A great company and product which I highly recommend!

I have been a Love Water customer for about 18 years. I honestly cannot recommend them enough as the quality & service is outstanding.

I have been a lovewater customer for 10 years . I find it economical especially if you have a large family and if you want small children to drink water

Technology Resourcing has been using Love Water for the past 10+ yrs, during which time their service has consistently exceeded our expectations and their tasty water has kept our staff hydrated and healthy. Well done Nick on building a hard working, ethical and highly efficient tram. Highly recommended.
