I tried calling customer service…

I tried calling customer service through the phone but I didn't get through. Then I logged in to my account where there's a ways to contact and write my query straight away get answer. One of them called to discuss the issue. But the only downside is I have to wait nearly 23 days from today. Really long waiting.

A nightmare service

In most of our contact with L&Q their was issues and most staff were confrontational , defensive or dismissive
Problems usually need few attempts to be dealt with or resolve .
Honestly, it is just a nightmare and it feels like dealing with a landlord from third world countries

We had a very positive experience…

We had a very positive experience throughout our journey with L&Q.

In particular, Jhon Berrocal was outstanding. He supported us from the very beginning of the process right through to completion, and his consistency, proactiveness, and professionalism made a significant difference. He was always responsive, clear in his communication, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything progressed smoothly. Having that level of support throughout gave us great confidence and made what can often be a stressful process much easier to navigate.

We would also like to recognise Joanne Heffernan and Joanna who were very helpful and supportive whenever we engaged with them. They were responsive ,approachable, knowledgeable, and contributed positively to our overall experience.

Overall, every member of the L&Q team we interacted with from the sales team to the homes welcome team , everyone was professional, courteous, and committed to providing a high standard of service. The entire process felt well-managed and customer-focused.

Thank you to the whole team for making this such a positive experience for us.

Gone down hill

They come out to do repairs then make excuses they can't do it, so they waste tenants time a lot. They lie and blame you/tenant for damp/ mould even when I have 2 x 25 litres dehumidifiers open windows etc. They try and make you sign documents without explaining what you are signing for. They're surveyors are more interested in getting parking tickets then actually surveying your property. They disregard you/ your children's disabilities. The list goes on. L& Q used to be great, and they do still have very few workers trying to do a good job but they have really gone down hill, such a shame really.

In this case I was very satisfied with…

In this case I was very satisfied with the plumbing in my bathroom. I’ve had this man before before and every time he completes the work work in the first visit which is extremely unusual as most times I have to have three or four visits and then they still still don’t complete the work.

If a plumber comes out and reports back…

If a plumber comes out and reports back that there is another issue, why does the tenant have to raise another order when they have already reported it. The report by plumber or gas engineer should be enough for you to raise the order for the work to be completed
