Purchased 2 studs recently. Never used this company before, but all the items looked really pretty and reasonably priced.
When they arrived, they were packaged nicely and studs are really gorgeous.
I gave 4 stars as i have no idea how they will be with time, but right now i am really pleased and would order again.

As soon as it was delivered, I put the earrings straight in, hadn’t even took my coat off!

I ordered some earrings that didn’t arrive at first due to issues with Royal Mail. I emailed and straight away had prompt responses from Bethan, who chased it up with Royal Mail for me and resent my order straight away. I received it just a couple of days later, really well packaged and good quality items. The process was easy throughout, with quick responses to emails, even at ridiculous hours responding to emails on evenings at weekends. Highly reccomend ☺️

I was skeptical, as I always am, about buying from a new internet business. But I’m absolutely thrilled with the jewellery I received. It was as good as advertised; great quality and so fun!

Ordered 1 earring (not custom) and it took over a month to be delivered. Customer service very slow at responding to emails. When it did arrive, the internal post was bent and didn't fit into the external post so I couldn't even use it. Felt very flimsy and poor quality. Very disappointing!

Love my earrings. I made a silly mistake and bought one earring instead of the pair. Customer service was 10/10 and helped me out. cant wait to get the other one in the post and start wearing them as there stunning. will be shopping here again 100%
