I do not recommend this company. I placed an order on 20th Dec 2025. When I later checked the order status, I noticed the item was updated as a preorder, with orders being sent out on 5th Jan 2026. I emailed when they were not sent out after 5th Jan, no reply. After chasing on social media, i got a reply. I was offered a 10% partial refund and apologies for the delay. On 18th Jan when i still hadn’t received the earrings or the partial refund, I was told the order had been sent, but no tracking details were provided.
By 22nd Jan, nothing had arrived, so I chased once more. I was assured it had been dispatched. When I finally received tracking information, it showed the item had not even been sent yet. I was told the partial refund was still on the way. I monitored the tracking myself and eventually saw it had been dispatched, but days after what I had been told. There was a clear lack of honesty and transparency throughout. I eventually received the earrings and was offered a full refund if I returned the items due to the epic delay, but by that point I had completely lost trust and decided to keep them as i figured the refund would either take a long time to be processed or not received at all. I was told again the partial refund had been processed. To this day, the promised partial refund has not materialised. I can only assume i have been lied to, repeatedly.
I understand and appreciate this is a small business, but that does not excuse misleading communication, delays without explanation, and taking payment for orders that cannot be fulfilled on time, especially while heavily promoting themselves through targeted ads.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared for long delays, poor communication, being lied to and potentially being left out of pocket. Looking at other reviews, it seems I am not alone.

Beautiful earring but I didn’t realise it was just one for cartilidge, I thought it would be a pair for lobes, it does say to buy two if you want a pair but only if you go in the extra information about the product.

I bought lots of earrings for all my piercings before I went travelling to Australia that I could wear without needing to take them out, as I knew during my travels I would be busy and in and out of water so didn’t want to deal with rusty earrings or green ears 😣 I just returned home after 3 months away and my earrings are still perfect after months of wearing in water, pools, on the beach in the sun etc. I wanted to wait until I came back and properly wore them for a while before leaving a review but I am so happy with them. I am just about to place a new order ☺️

I placed my order on the 5th of January and still haven’t received the jewellery. I was promised a refund nearly 4 days ago and that hasn’t been processed either. I’ve been given assurances that simply haven’t been followed through. At this point it feels like empty promises and poor customer service. I understand delays can happen, but failing to deliver the product and the refund is unacceptable.

Judging by the other reviews, slow delivery and lost packages seems to be the trend. What I will say though is that Bethan’s communication via email has been really good! Could possibly be lip service, but I’m guessing they are used to placating frustrated customers over missing orders and shipping delays. I would strongly advise others to think twice before making an order.

EDIT— I originally gave this business a one star to reflect my personal experience that I have had with them. I’ve since then changed my review to 4 stars to reflect the customer service I have since experienced upon rectifying my missing order. The jewellery is actually beautiful and I am so so pleased with it. Thank you, Bethan!

My purchases arrived super quickly and they were exactly as they looked and were described on the website. I love them, they are so pretty. Can’t wait to buy more!

Well this the happy post and sparkle my winter needed this week. The packaging was lovely and made it feel cool and special - great branding! I ordered a pair of hoops and a couple of charms to hang from them and they really pop in my ears - I went for pink tones. Quality feels great for the money. First time ordering and won’t be the last. LOVE!

Really disappointed. I ordered on 10/01/26 and never received any shipping details or my order. I emailed on 18/01/26, to enquire and was told that it was an issue with Royal Mail and they needed a few business days to look into this.

I was offered a refund or my parcel to be resent. I chose the order to be sent as I’m in dire need of new earrings and understood these things can happen.

By 29th Jan I still hadn’t received my parcel so emailed again for an update and was told it was confirmed they resent my order and they would check on this with royal mail for an expected delivery date and if there were any issues again they would refund the order immediately.

Again, nothing arrived so I emailed on 2nd Feb requesting a tracking number as I now believe both parcels were never sent in the first place, which is really disappointing. It’s now 6th Feb and nothing has arrived.

If the order couldn’t be fulfilled I’d have rather they say that at that start and refund me rather than me waiting all this time on a parcel that’s never going to arrive.

I ordered a pair of earrings for my daughter and didn't expect them to arrive so quickly to be honest. They are beautiful and look very good quality. They arrived within a few days and were packaged beautifully. I will definitely use the service again. Thank you.
