Bonjour
J’ai commandé fin d’année 2024 pour offrir ces boules lumineuses à Noël pour mon petit fils. Nous sommes fin mars et c’est toujours le même baratin. Ils attendent je ne sais quoi pour finaliser quoi on ne sait pas, car la commande n’arrivera sans doute jamais.
Surtout ne commandez pas

Jamais reçu il ne réponde a aucun chat ni mail super arnaque 😡

Arnaque, commandé il y a 3 mois et jamais reçu, j'ai été débitée mais pas de mail de confirmation ou même de numéro de commande. Ne commandez pas

grosse arnaque comme sur tous les avis précédent , commande jamais arrivée , pas de réponses aux relance de mails

Commandés mi-septembre, nous sommes le 8 novembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
J'ai bien était débité pourtant
C'est une arnaque ne commandez pas.

Je n ai jamais reçu ma commande! Mon compte a été debité pourtant. De plus ,personne ne repond par mail.Je compte Aller voir les autorités competente!Soyez en sùr!

1 mois deja mon petit frère voulait tellement son vidéo projecteur . Aucune nouvelle je les souhaite de s’étouffer avec l’argent qu’ils arnaquent pff

Aucune nouvelle de ma commande. J’ai envoyer plein de e-mail à un certain « Killian Binnard » aucune réponse à ce jour. Grosse arnaque. Ne commandez pas !!!!

Arnaque ma commande depuis 29 janvier n'est toujours pas arrivée.

Bought projector in July. Never worked with PC. Endless emails about refunds and partial refunds and then one email address stopped even taking my emails. Still trying to resolve. Awful customer service throughout.

Absolutely awful company to deal with .. I ordered a projector at the start of the year which finally arrived in the summer and didn’t work .. the company have refused to give me a refund despite promising a 30 day return policy . They finally agreed to a 60% refund which they still haven’t paid . Total scam . Avoid at all costs

Absolute scam company. Bought mini projector but did not work at all so returned it and never got a refund. Julian kept fobbing me off with emails. AVOID at all costs.

Only a 1 because I could add less. Never arrived. Poor customer service engagement. Seems only one man in the company called Julien who wrote rude emails and then said he would refer to superiors. Wasted a lot of my time on this . Thankful I paid by credit card and reported and money returned. Buyers Be Aware... don’t bother ...

Nul au niveau de la qualité donc renvoi. 6 mois après renvoi en Chine ç mes frais, j'attends toujours mon remboursement, rien malgré mes multiples relances par mail.

The same has happened to us. Brought a projector, screen and connecting cable as a 40th bday present for hubby and it doesn't work. Contacted luminos who say I can have 30% of the price back or ship it to China. Did anyone else report this? Or get money back from the bank?

I purchased the cinema bundle with IOS adapter and although it took a while to arrive this was the easy part.

I was reassured by the 30 day customer satisfaction pledge and the fact it was a UK address, but when I looked to return for full refund Luminos insisted I shipped back to a warehouse in China.

The contact at Luminos initially tried every avenue to offer 20% refund, then up to 50%, then insisted upon shipping to china where the securely packaged item shipped with International, tracked and signed has simply disappeared.

Customer satisfaction 0% guaranteed frustration and disappointment 100%

Dommage qu'on ne peut pas noter 0 pour cette entreprise made in China. A fuir. Arnaque. Longue attente pour la réception du colis. Le site est bidon. Le retour gratuit n'existe pas. Il vous disent qu'ils remboursent 20euros pour la non satisfaction et ensuite il n'y a rien. Il me disent que je serai remboursée depuis le mois de mars et rien. Toujours les mêmes mails pour vous faire patienter. L'entreprise n'est pas française et ne respecte pas la loi française. J'ai l'ai signalé à plusieurs organisation et à ma banque... Ils sont en train de vérifier comment fermer cette m....

I only gave it a one star because it does not allow you to give zero.
Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered my mini projector. It was delivered and does not work. They responded and offered me a 30% discount to keep it, then 40%. Asked them via email ( as that's the only way to contact them ) several times to explain their return and refund policy and have just been ignored.
Companies like this are absolute scumbags.

I accidentally ordered this in a hurry and contacted then within 7 minutes to cancel the order. They are only contactable by email so replied 2 days later to say it was already processed. Now I haven't yet got a return address for a refund and am waiting for that. Poor quality, poor picture. Do not buy.
