I bought the bamboo sheet set with an extra set of king sized pillowcases. The sheets are silky, cool, and comfortable. The company sent me queen sized pillowcases. I emailed mark (the service rep) and he addressed the problem right away. I received the king sized pillowcases a week later. Excellent quality and AAA customer service.

The only way this company can improve is by shutting down. Whoever gave a good review, is sadly mistaken. CROOKED DISHONEST THIEVES. Don't waste your money on their product. They DO NOT deliver what they promise on their website. They put GARBAGE sub-standard materials into their quilts. If you compare what it says on the website, to the tag on the quilt, you will see how TOTALLY LYING CROOKS they are. BEWARE!!! After returning the merchandise they NEVER GAVE US A CREDIT! We needed to dispute the charges to get a refund!! Perhaps they thought that we wouldn't notice!

Beware, this place is a scam. The poorest quality items and if you do fall for their photos and descriptions of their items, then you will be extremely disappointed. Yes, they have a return policy but you have to jump through hoops to get them to respond.
My purchase arrived with missing stitching and down filling.(purchased the "Luxury Down Comforter" and there was absolutely nothing luxurious about it). They accepted the return but they required me to pay to ship the item back with no offer of a shipping reimbursement.

We ordered a set of their cotton 600 thread count attached waterbed sheets. The sheets were promptly shipped and arrived in a timely fashion. The vendor was very helpful working with us and answering our inquiries. The sheets were a bit thinner than expected, and the vendor graciously allowed a price adjustment to compensate for this. The fitted sheets do come with pockets to fit pole attachments as promised, and we kept them because that was the key reason we ordered these waterbed sheets in the first place. We are very satisfied with the customer service we received!

Great customer service

I ordered a comforter for christmas and put it on at the beginning of the new year only to see feathers on the bed daily. They refused to refund my money for a defected product. The king size comforter did not cover the king size mattress properly as well. You know it's cheap when they tell you to keep the defected one and they will send you another one for free...Hmmm...I just wanted my money back and they refused...Veteran alert

I recently purchased the 100% Egyptian cotton down feather duvet insert. This is truly amazing, soft, light, fluffy, warm, and comfortable. Feels light what you would find in a five star hotel. Totally love it!

I ordered a comforter from Luxury Egyptian Linens. But then realized that my husband had already ordered another one we had looked at. A lapse in communication on our part! I immediately notified the company that I needed to cancel the order. They offered to fix any problems but when I explained the situation, they cancelled the order and sent an immediate refund. Nothing to do with their product or service. They were great! I will consider them for future needs!

Excellent quality of product and excellent service in getting order punctually

I ordered a Christmas gift and I ordered the wrong item. Their customer service refunded the full amount without any problems. I have and will continue to purchase quality bedding from Luxury Egyptian Linens. I highly recommend them.

They sent us the wrong size, and then blamed us for our order. They were so rude and willing to die on the hill of being "right" we also sent the second set back, just not even wanting to deal or support such an awful company. Further, We purchased 1500 TC and in comparison to others we have been buying for 20 years...either they mislead their TC or can't count. The whole experience was bad.
