From the very beginning the staff at Luxury Screens were so helpful.......explaining to me how I could choose any colour for my screen from a RAL chart. Once I had chosen and put my order in I was kept informed every step of the way. My new screen arrived yesterday and I am absolutely thrilled with it. It is absolutely stunning, once put together, and it has made my garden such a lovely place to sit in. Thank you to all those who were involved in it's making.

Good decorative screens and a good price with quick delivery. The only thing is they are plain with no texture on them so will show marks i would imagine. Time will tell .

Fairly quick delivery. But on opening the packaging we found that the screen had a chip in it. After contacting the company and sending photos in an email, they claimed it must have been damaged in transit. They offered a £25 refund which I accepted .

Really want to give a 5 star review as the website, the choice, the comms, speed and delivery was top notch but, and it’s my fault for not checking 2 of the posts have tiny dents in them, only discovered on the day of installation (as, as they were so well packaged I didn’t check them before the day!). So yes Luxury Screens are very lovely but when paying over a thousand pounds for them I expect 100% pristine.

First time purchasing from this company and I am very impressed. The screens arrived far quicker than expected and the courier chap was so nice and polite and helpful. Always a bonus. I am a bit silly and I did not discover that the screens are wrapped with a sort of clingfilm and it started to bubble in the heat outside and I panicked a bit until I realised it was part of the protective packaging and I had not peeled it off!
I am looking now at purchasing further screens for a small gazebo project. Will more than likely return to this company once I have decided on the design as there are so many lovely ones to choose from.

This company goes way beyond what is required. Excellent products and superb customer service. During building work on a property the company was by far the easiest and most reliable company that we dealt with. Fencing and gates are of a superb quality. Thank you
