that are a pleasure to use. Obviously you get what you
pay for but even their products in the lower to mid price range are more than adequate for the

Poor service support
I was unable to reset my newly installed 2 axis DRO. I spoke on two occasions to a helpful young lady who promised both verbally and in an email, to get an engineer to call me to offer assistance. One week later I am still waiting for the engineer to call.

Mitutoyo Spare Part
Contacted sales looking for a spare part for an ancient Mitutoyo dial gauge. Within 3-days the part was identified and order placed. Very helpful and efficient staff who go "the extra mile". (Lilith).

The unit is of a good quality but the…
The unit is of a good quality but the embedded cross slide sensor kit is only suitable for the myford seven, super seven and 254-R. As I have the more common 254-S significant changes were required to allow it to function.
