Use all cap screws not some hex heads
some labels on bags didn’t match instructions but all components correct easy to follow just read twice

Found what I required on their web site and ordered. Got an a fast reply accepting order. Was notified very soon that order had been delivered to carrier and a tracking number given. Order arrived in a very quick time and as described and well packaged and in good order. I was very impressed with the service as the parcel had to travel from UK to New Zealand.

Machine-DRO have a great range of measuring devices and had one that suited my needs perfectly. The scale is fitted to my cross slide mounted on its side which is why I wanted a remote display. It's working beautifully!
Placing an online order was easy and had the reassurance of being a known UK supplier. Delivery was prompt and the price competitive.

I contacted the company and Lauren very quickly sorted out the issue and shipped a few days later. Arrived OK and as expected. Was a bit surprised how respoinsive they where so would use again.

The M-DRO display I have on my lathe is a top quality product easy to use, clear and accurate. But as with anything the true test is when you have a problem, I had been using the DRO for a couple of years but never needed to use the tool library anyway the need arose and I couldn’t get it to work, it was coming up with random positions for the various tools. An email was sent and answered promptly with a couple of things to check which I did but to no avail. I was asked to return the DRO for investigation which I did. It had the software re flashed and was returned to me working perfectly. I was expecting an invoice as the DRO was out of warranty but the work and return postage to me was free of charge. Great customer service which exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Purchased a lathe DRO kit some time ago. It all arrived well packaged and complete with comprehensive instructions. A while later I had some accuracy issues and despite it being some time since installation, machine-DRO have been very proactive in assisting me to identify and fix the fault.
