Purchased a compressor via the web
Purchased a compressor via the web, item arrived damaged, unit was collected and replaced, cant complain but wished I had collected from the store, wont make that mistake again, sadly new compressor was so noisy we had to return it for credit, pay to look in the shop first

I had a nail gun by Clarke it went…
I had a nail gun by Clarke it went wrong i took it in to a Leicester branch for repair the gentleman sent it for repair a couple of weeks later they rang me saying it had come back they said it was not cost effective to repair I took it home and opened the box and it was in a thousand bits so I told them I wish to have my machine re built back to how it was and working how it was but faulty in case I could get it fixed cheaper they never gave me a quote any way it came back still in bits so I said I wanted it back to how it was and I was told there would be a £30 inspection charge I think this is terrible practice and costumer service I didn’t recieve any contact about this and when it finally came back unasembled with parts still loose in box photo proof

We can see that your unit was looked at free of charge as a goodwill gesture because it was outside of warranty and no quotes of any kind were provided.
Your unit was sent back disassembled as you advised that you would like a 3rd party to look at the unit.
Once you requested it be reassembled, we did so and sent it back for you.
