Beautiful pieces! Great pricing! I can’t wait to get my necklace!

Necklace broke after wearing less than 10 times! Asked about options and was offered the opportunity to repair it for $40. Not a great quality product even though it looks nice.

AND then they give me a reply which I have already been through that game! 14 days - seriously? I wore it once in the first two weeks. It was not meant to be an every day necklace! POOR QUALITY product and lipservice customer support! DO NOT BUY

The birthstone charm in the bracelet was so small, you’d need a magnifying glass to see it. For vermillion and teeny tiny birthstone, not worth the price.

Love love love! I get so many compliments. I ordered the gemstone and diamond necklace in moonstone and turquoise. The day I put them on my husband said “wow that’s a really pretty blue necklace.” The turquoise pops like you wouldn’t believe. The moonstone compliments the turquoise well so I wear them together. I’ve been showering and to the beach in them so far without any issues. I’m very happy with this purchase so far.

I purchased a bracelet that cost a few hundred dollars and months later it fell apart. When I contacted magal to see if they would repair it they wanted to charge a 45 dollar restringing fee. I would not recommend them at all as there are many other more quality companies. Their jewelry is not made to last and they are not interested in maintaining high level customer service and having customers return.

If I could give it a zero star I would. First my order took 1 month and 1 week to get here. And it was not worth it at all; the rings look so fake and bend with any little movement. Also they do not look like in the pictures. I would never order again from here. Please make your research before ordering from this company. You're going to be so disappointed just like me.

Just received my bracelet and necklace they are really pretty. Had a question after I ordered and it was on a Saturday night. Customer Service got back to me first thing Monday morning and resolved my issue….THANK YOU

The ease of my purchase. I have purchased many bracelets and love everyone i have bought. They are beautiful. I have also had to get 2 repaired. It was very easy and the repair was quick .

Avoid this company at all costs. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered my product and have yet to receive it (it is not a custom piece). Customer service has been terrible and unwilling to give me a refund. Please do yourselves a favor and listen to the negative reviews here as they’re accurate.

I truly wanted to support this company, but after two bad experiences, I can’t in good conscience recommend them to anyone.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue. A while back, I purchased a ring and spent a significant amount of money on it. Not long after, a gemstone fell out. Instead of covering the cost of the repair process, the company required us to pay for shipping just to get it fixed—despite the issue clearly being with the quality of the item.

Still, I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, this second experience has been even worse. I was told there would be an effort to deliver my order in time for a meaningful occasion. Instead, the item wasn’t even shipped until the day it was supposed to arrive. It could’ve at least been sent with expedited shipping, but it wasn’t.

To make matters worse, there was no transparency, no communication from management, and no real accountability. Just vague responses and misleading shipping updates. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend your hard-earned money with a company that shows so little care or respect for its customers.

I won’t be buying from them again, and I’ll be steering others toward companies that take customer service seriously. The product may arrive, but the trust is completely gone.

I love your jewelry, beautiful pieces at reasonable prices. They come beautifully packaged and ship quickly.
