Ordered a necklace for my mom birthday…
Ordered a necklace for my mom's birthday on May 19th. Ordered was placed on May 6th and then got an email stating it was ready to be shipped on May 10th. It's now May 22nd and it hasn't even shipped yet. The last email stated it would be shipped no later than the 21st, but here we are. Now they are saying it's in its final stages of processing and will be packed soon for shipment. Unreal

Do not buy from this company!!!
Do not buy from this company. They block people if they complain about their product. My bracelet broke after wearing it for 24 hours. They lie about the 2 year warranty. I’ve been blocked on Facebook and Instagram. If my issue wasn’t legit why would they block me - they don’t want you to know.

The delivery was longer than expected as I purchased this a week before Mother’s Day and I clearly saw that it was gonna be in my possession 3-5 days… Took 2 weeks.
Quality is good, and worth it though.

Scam company - there is no way to directly contact them. I ordered AND PAID for jewelry item 3 weeks ago and order is still in USPS waiting on sender status and they will not cancel & refund the order. It takes 2-3 days to reply back and instead of refunding They just keep saying we are keeping an eye on the order - scam company that will steal your money
Thanks for your response - I have emailed and tried to chat with you several times (since Magal has no phone number to actually talk to someone) since Magal took my money on 5/3/25 (for a Mother’s Day gift that was a week ago) and I have yet to receive what I ordered. I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded on 5/9/25 since the USPS status was still “awaiting sender” - it is now 5/18/25 (15 days since you took my money) and USPS IS STILL AWAITING SENDER and no attempt to refund my money - just messages and emails that “we are working on it” definitely a scam operation!
Definitely a SCAM company - it’s now May 24 - ordered item AND PAID on May 7 - USPS STILL shows “Awaiting Sender” not even sent 17 days later!!!!!!!!

Mother’s Day necklace never arrived
Ordered a necklace for Mother’s Day. It seems to have been made but never shipped and Magal does not answer emails. Going to dispute the charge today. Very disappointed mother on her first Mother’s Day.
Edit 5/24/25: Magal finally reached out after the original review and managed to get the necklace to us a week after Mother’s Day. No offer of a discount or credit. Charge dispute cancelled but will def never order from them again.

I ordered on 4/19 and my necklace has yet to ship as of 5/2. 10 Business days and still has NOT shipped. I have emailed CS 3 tines and no respsone.

Un bracelet offert par mon mari il y a moins de 6mois et qui est tout blanchi. Le doré est parti très vite.
J’ai contacté le service client mais pour faire marcher le Sav je dois payer 60€ et envoyer le fameux bracelet à mes frais à New York. Bref ce vendeur n’est pas fiable et la qualité n’est pas au rdv. Pas de Sav possible, si le produit se détériore.
