The name of the product is the opposite of the description. there kits are not complete and has very poor mounting instructions. They really need to describe the product much better. Very confusing and misleading.

I ordered a pair of electric strikes for wood frame doors; the product was listed as having "faceplate for aluminum, wood and hollow metal frames".

On receiving the hardware and reading documentation, the manufacturer specifies "Not recommended for wood applications."

I own a bar and needed to get a new latch for my entrance so I ordered rather late at night online and someone called to confirm the purchase and delivery instructions the following morning.

Since I had ordered express delivery, it was the first thing off the delivery truck in the morning and no one is at the bar that early in the morning, so it went back to the local office.

I purchased the full solution from you and based on your recommendation. I was told that it was easy to install and that we we have all the support we need. To date, the system is installed but not working. I have spent over $1500.00 between labor and the product, and it is non functional. I big challenge is that the template for installing the lock and strike plate was not accurate. Therefore, while these two items do touch, the alignment is off by roughly 1" (up and down).

We had trouble programing the new key pad and the office was closed but they called back to help get the new key pad working.

Shipping extremely slow. Don’t bother emailing with a question because you won’t get a reply.
