I used Magna vehicle hire following an accident and am pleased to say their customer service was exemplary. From initial contact, everyone I spoke with was professional, polite and very helpful. I needed a vehicle with tow bar which was provided promptly. When it was no longer needed, I was provided with a smaller car at my request. I highly recommend this company.

Magna provided a replacement Van just fine, for a no fault claim I was dealing with. My insurance sorted it all out so I never chose to use Magna. They gave me a bottom of the range Ford transit in place of my higher spec VW transporter, and the racking that had been fitted was so deep it rendered it impossible to lay sheet material down in the back which is a necessity for most carpenters. It had a roof rack, but we live in rainy England. But that issue is not my main complaint. The spare wheel was stolen during my hire period. Now anyone who drives a van in London or any big city knows the likelihood of having the spare stolen if just left hanging underneath the rear, as per the factory fitting. It’s negligent to leave it there with no extra security bolt on it like the one I had fitted on my van. Or at the very least the wheel should be stored inside the van, like many many van drivers do. They also refuse to put any extra security locks on the doors, so if you get broken into whilst hiring their vehicle, you’ll have the pleasure of paying for new tools and paying for all the damage to their van. None of this makes sense to me when I’m supposed to be given a fairly like for like vehicle especially as someone smashed into me. Anyway needless to to say they charged me about £230 in the end to replace the wheel, they initially charged me more (about £270) with “admin fees” etc. But decided to reduce it after a complaint by me and then by my insurance company. I just think it’s a really bad way to treat customers when ultimately it’s their fault, they’ve negligently left an invitation for thieves on full display, because they know if anything happens they’ll just charge you for it. I would never use this company by choice.

Jodi and her team dealt with my claim with the utmost of professionalism. Jodi and Sam both kept me informed every step of the way and their communication was excellent. I can highly recommend Magna and wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again should I ever need to.

I contacted Magna accident Services regarding non-fault damage to my car and the service I received was brilliant, the car was taken away with a replacement delivered to my home straight away and my car was repaired and ready within a week. The quality off workmanship on the damaged rear quarter and bumper is excellent. The service is professional yet personal and efficient and I would highly recommend them. Five stars from me, thank you Magna.

Really helpful after my accident. Hit from behind by a lorry and April @Magna really fought my corner. Felt like they were on my side and fought hard to get me maximum pay out for my van. Really pleased with the service and support. Keep up the good work guys it's a refreshing change, especially since covid!

these are not actually my insurance company, they are the insurance company of the person that hit me but i can not praise them enough,they were very fast efficient and so helpful, they are so nice.
they have helped me more than my own insurance company. will try an get insured with them my self next year. high recommend them

After my parked car was hit one evening, I had a hire car delivered to my place of work by 1pm the next day. The guy that delivered the hire car was extremely pleasant and thorough during the hand over.

April and the rest of the team have answered all my questions no matter how small regarding the claim and they have worked hard to ensure I have had the successful outcome with my insurer.

Been very helpful from start to finish with claim as someone reverse into car when it was parked. Woman had denied it even with 3 witness against her. Magna kept at it and woman finally admitted it 4 weeks ago. They arranged everything for me from garage- hire car i didnt do anything they done it all for me and this happened on the 10th November 2019 and kept me up to date even tru cv19 thanks

Great communication, excellent service all round

I was provided with a car from Manga following an accident. The communication was very good and the car delivered the following day at the specified time. The driver was very efficient and explained the controls of the car. At the end of the hire period the vehicle was collected again at the specified time. The whole experience was excellent.
