The directors have been in the credit hire industry for many years, previously specialising in the provision of replacement taxis. Our team of staff are experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated and we pride ourselves on customer service and attention. We will guide our clients through the often upsetting process of a motor accident claim, being honest, transparent and pro-active throughout. Although our main business activity is credit hire, we provide a full package of services to drivers following a road accident as well as a direct hire service for a number of work partners.

Easy to deal with, made things simple for us.
Magna were easy to deal with, helpful when questions were asked and also sorted a hire vehicle very quickly and efficiently for us when our vehicle was in for its repairs. Not had any issues at all, and they even gave us a courtesy call to check the hire and repairs to the vehicle were satisfactory.

A very smooth seamless experience
A very smooth seamless experience. From the moment I called Magna to assist me when my car got hit whilst it was just parked. The team were very helpful and I had a brand new replacement car for when my car went in for repairs. I would recommend the team at Magna highly as they were very professional & certainly exceeded my expectations.

Completely Incompetent
The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, completely incompetent in every aspect. As a sole trader I rely entirely upon my kitted out workshop van to undertake my daily occupation however despite this it took them over two months to get my commercial vehicle repaired following a proven non fault accident, their only interest is providing replacement vehicles yet were incapable of providing me with a comparable workshop vehicle, attemping to claim for loss of earnings became such a drama that I gave up regarding it as a lost cause. As stated, I would not recommend this useless and completely incompetent company to anyone....

Mr Parle, I am sorry to read your review and would like to provide comment. I have reviewed your claim and can understand your frustration, however, this was largely beyond our control. Your vehicle was thankfully driveable as a result of the incident and I note that there were delays in being able to deal with your repairs. This was due to the fact that the third party insurers failed to respond and they would not authorise your repairs. I can assure you that we chased very regularly and you are welcome to view all call notes if you wish to. Please let me know and I will have a copy sent. With regards to your vehicle, we endeavour to provide all types of vehicles but when we are looking to replace a vehicle such as yours which is built in such a bespoke manner, it is very difficult for us to provide something which would be acceptable. I am sure this was explained to you. You should also be aware that the only way our business makes money is by providing replacement vehicles so it does not make sense for us to deal with a claim without doing all we can to provide a replacement whilst your own is off the road. I see that we spoke to you on the 1st July to ask if you were planning on making a loss of earnings claim but you advised that you did not want to send over the required information. If you wish to do this and pursue a claim then please get in touch.
