Fraudulent Company - use at your peril.

Ordered a shaving gel, money taken then advised by email the product is discontinued and offered a replacement, (incidentally, the product is still being advertised on their site!).
Declined the replacement and requested a refund, no reply. No further reply to 3 other emails. Reported as fraud to Action Fraud and my Bank.

Maleskin literally steal your money. They tell you something is in stock, they don’t send it, and then are uncontactable. Their phone line is not manned, their help e mail is not operating. I have had to report them to trading standards in the hope they have more luck contacting them.

I have used Maleskin on several occasions and received quality products at good prices.
When I have needed advice they have replied quickly with the information I required.

Ordered a few Neal’s Yard products and was very impressed with the price and speedy delivery.
I will definitely be ordering from maleskin again.

I’ve made 3 or 4 purchases through the company. Never had any issues. Great customer services and orders dispatched on time. Will continue to use this company. They often also have some great deals. Thumbs up from me

I've ordered from Maleskin several times. Offer a good range of brands, often with nice discounts (especially for stuff like expensive suncream). Customer support has always been good e.g. one item went missing in delivery and, in contacting customer services, a replacement was promptly sent.

Reasonable priced for genuine brands

Tried to place order, product (Jack Black moisturiser) says it’s in stock. Couldn’t check out from basket. Messaged for help, no reply. How can you recommend a company like this?

Just don't order from them. Product never come.

Always great prices on Medik8 , have purchased a lot of items from here . The last order was going to be late was emailed and advised product was low on stock and gave delivery date when would arrive . Great discounts and delivery always been quick an fast .
