Pretty shocked to pay for packaging and postage, but then also to pay for a return. Usually if you pay P&P on the order, returns are free, I won't be ordering again.

Returned a blouse ,supposed to be size 12 more like a 16. Why was i charged £5 postage? not my fault sizing all wrong. Also why no return label in parcel ?

I have never had any problems with M&Co their clothes always fit perfectly especially jeans, the petite length is always perfect for me.

I ordered 2 dresses and unfortunately only one arrived. The company are refusing to refund or resend the other dress. They claim the dresses were weighed and sent out with that weight. I was practically called a liar and a thief. I have contacted the Police and I am going to contact their HQ. Customer services refused to let me speak to someone senior.

I received a dress that I love but it's faulty with a large faded patch. I have emailed M&co but they are not getting back to me. I should not have to pay £5 to return an item that is faulty, or pay another £2.99 for a replacement.

I’m absolutely appalled by this company’s return policy. I purchased a jumpsuit and paid £2.99 for delivery, which was perfectly reasonable. However, when the item didn’t fit and I requested a return, they deducted £5.00 from my refund to cover return postage.

The jumpsuit only weighed 344g and could easily have been returned through Royal Mail for far less than £5.00. Charging more for the return than the original delivery cost feels excessive and completely unjustified.

It’s extremely disappointing to see yet another company using inflated return fees to take extra money from customers. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Though I have purchased M&Co clothing from a physical store before, this is the first time buying one line. Brilliant service. Kept up to date as to when my items would be despatched, then again when the courier had them. Arrived really quickly. This is the only company I can buy jeans from and they fit perfectly. Lovely fit and quality.

I am very petite (5ft, size 8) and have always struggled with buying clothes, especially maxi dresses and jeans. I have used other retailers for several years but find their petite ranges hit and miss.

I came across M&Co last summer on an advertisement on Facebook and decided to try them out. I bought two maxi dresses from the petite range and they fit me perfectly. Tried them out again recently, receiving my order today, where I bought two tops, a cardigan and jeans and all items fit me perfectly. I've never come across a petite range before where I haven't had any problems with the fit of the clothes. Very happy thanks and will be sticking with M&Co from now on.

As others have said, the £5.00 charge to return an unsuitable is really unfair, I won't be using this company again.

Item arrived on time. Nice sweater but too large. I requested a return.
They charged £3.99 to send. Tracked 48 Royal Mail
They deducted £5.00 from my refund.

I could have personally returned Tracked Royal Mail 48 for £3.55. I enquired if I could do this. The answer was a definitive NO!
I have paid £8.99 and have nothing to show for it!

JUST BEWARE!!!
