Kay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She helped my wife choose a replacement engagement ring after she sadly lost her previous one and she made what could have been a difficult experience feel so positive and special. She was patient, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping her find the perfect ring. She’s absolutely in love with her new ring and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I've purchased many items from Marlows over the years.
The quality of the jewellery is excellent and the customer service is outstanding.
Sara really knows her stuff. She assisted with my engagement ring two years ago and my wedding ring today. She knew exactly what I wanted both times and couldn't have been more helpful in getting everything custom made/altered to perfection.
I highly recommend Marlows and in particular Sara if you are looking for jewellery for the special occasions in your life.

As usual I received outstanding service from Kay. Clearly an expert in her field. I’ve purchsed an engagement ring, 2 wedding rings, eternity ring, earrings - all platinum diamond.
The latest purchase was a 1carrat earring which i was very nervous about (big ears, 54 etc.)
Kay was very helpful and not pressuring me to buy. I’m happy with my purchase but needed it altering. Kay worked with me & posted the earring back to me free of charge. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with knows their stuff.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, so many jewellery shops to choose from but the service i got when I came in to purchase the engagement ring I had to come back to see the same lady called kay when it was time to get the wedding ring. You should be proud to have such a lovely person working for you.

Kay was brilliant from start to finish. She was patient working out the style to negotiating on a budget that worked for us. I recommend coming here for rings, you will 100% be looked after!

Outstanding customer service, tailored to our needs

I have had a wonderful experience getting my engagement and wedding ring at Marlow's. All staff were so lovely and friendly and Kay helped me to choose a wedding ring that I loved. Originally I didn't like the shape of the wedding ring and Kay was so helpful. She helped me to decide on a way in which my engagement ring could be adjusted to fit my wedding band beautifully. This change was free of charge and completely within 2 days which was so helpful! I have loved this experience and my rings are beautiful!

I walked in to get my ring cleaned. Initially they needed to see paperwork but seeing as I came impromptu and was hoping to get it clean immediately, they decided to check my ring to see if it was purchased from them and went ahead to clean it. 10 mins and it’s all clean and shiny again! Grateful for their good service today.
