Very satisfied with my purchase as always , only criticism is that delivery was not the quickest

Ive purchased a few things from Shipton and Co over the years and I've always found their service to be second to none

I ordered online and within a few days my order was being delivered through my door

I ordered a necklace this time and it was just how I'd see in it in the brochure. Can't fault it

As always, the jewellery i have purchased from Skipton have always been affordable and good quality.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The Scarborough shop is very welcoming with lovely staff. They are really friendly and helpful. Buying myself rings is such a treat.

I have bought several items from this company. The jewellery is always good quality & true to the descriptions..
However, the delivery is too slow.

I ordered earrings, which took 2 weeks to arrive (missing my birthday by a whole week. )
I wasn't given any Royal Mail tracking information. As I had no idea when they would arrive, I had to stay in for 2 days.

I feel a bit put off ordering again.. (I was offered a £9.95 fast track delivery if I wanted them quicker than 14 days).
Also..it would be really helpful if the brochure included some photographs of the jewellery being worn by someone..to get a better idea of the scale..

Excellent quality products, reasonable prices, fast delivery.

Very easy online ordering with very good description of goods.I have offered in shop and by telephone both with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am always happy with the quality of goods that I’ve ordered and have never had to return anything as yet..I would happily recommend Shipton.

Alway good quality jewellery, bought several rings all have fit perfectly. The In house service is excellent would recommend purchasing from them

Good choice and quality of products, something you don't see in other stores. It would be helpful to receive notice that package has been despatched.

Absolutely atrocious customer service!!!

I ordered a necklace at the beginning of April for delivery by the 17th. Despite repeated assurances that this would be delivered by that date, it wasn't.

It finally arrived on the 29th May!!!.
This caused considerable embarrassment as it was to be given at a presentation, which was pointed out to Shipton at the point of ordering.

The reasons given for delay ranged from 'the wrong size was in stock and we need to order some more' - to, 'there is a problem with delivery', despite this, the necklace continued to be advertised online as "in stock' and 'available for despatch'.

Throughout the process no updates were received from Shipton unless I initiated a complaint email.
If nothing else, a regular update on the progress of the order would have been helpful.

In an age when companies like Amazon can deliver the same day, the only thing going for family businesses (if, in fact Shipton still are) is customer service. When this is absent, they may as well hand over the business to whoever can provide it.

The staff could not have been kinder and more helpful if they had tried. Had I been going to purchase a very expensive piece of jewellery I could not have been made to feel more valued. Nothing was too much trouble for the two ladies on the day. I cannot recommend this shop and its staff too highly. Will definitely go there again

We went into Keswick shop as we often do, and there has at times we have not experienced the service we expected but this was I must say was a fair number of years ago to be honest, Monday we went in and purchased a necklace the lady in there was so lovely, approachable, professional, friendly and welcoming, great customer service, we went back today the gentleman in there was again so friendly, polite, helpful making us feel welcome, he made time to have a plesent chat and went out of his way to find exactly what we wanted.
Wonderful service, and the shop itself looked bright, inviting and well stocked.
Highly recommend.

The ring ordered was for an T size, an R size size was delivered. As this was a present for an upcomimg birthday this was not a good beginning as a first order with you.As we need the Ring now we have kept it.

Easy to order online, the goods came within 5-7 working days and I am really pleased with the quality of the earrings I purchased.

Excellent, thank you. The ring I bought is beautiful, as are the many other rings I’ve purchased from Shipton & Co. I received it in good time too. I needed to contact customer service as I wanted to use a couple of vouchers I had, the person I spoke with was very helpful.

I have been going to the Scarborough shop regularly for 40 years and have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

I purchased a silver ring with cubic zirconia stones. I am very pleased with the design but where the ring has been made larger the silver is paper thin and after wearing it a couple of times it’s already going out of shape so not worth the £45 paid.
