I was a little scared to order from here as many places are a scam now but I took the risk because of great reviews and I’m glad I did! It said my stethoscope was on back order, but still received so fast. I love it!

Littmann Cardiology IV
I purchased a stethoscope through Medisave and used the shop app to place the order as I had some coupons. I selected the add engraving option and was given no place to add what I’d like engraved. I reached out to customer service Saturday during non business hours and heard back promptly Monday morning. They were able to assist me and shipped the stethoscope quickly. I’m very happy with the product I received as well as the company as they are incredibly efficient. I will be recommending them to everyone I know who is in the market for a stethoscope.

Medisave customer service is TERRIBLE
Medisave customer service is TERRIBLE. I paid extra for expedited shipping (stethoscope was a gift for someone starting medical school, was to be given at a special event). It did not arrive when estimated - actually, TEN days after the estimated delivery!
I called the company during their business hours on the East Coast, only to be on hold for a while, being told I was the next person in line, then the machine hanging up on me telling me they had too many calls. They recommended “live chat“. It is absolutely not live – people email you back 1 to 2 days later. And the “live chat bot” asks the same questions several times.
I called the company back on another workday, and left a message. They never returned my call. I had multiple emails with the “live chat“ person, demanding the extra money I spent for “expedited” shipping, and they basically told me it was not their fault.
So, I’m very dissatisfied with Medisave. Horrible customer service.

I'm sorry for the issue with your order. There can be confusion on the shipping options available at checkout. To be clear, the expected date is an estimate based on typical production and transit. We have a very high order volume at the moment and we are seeing delays with all of our carriers. While you did pay for USPS Priority Mail service, there is no guaranteed time in transit for this service with the Post Office. Your order was processed before all the other orders placed with Budget or Free shipping options. It appears that there was an additional day in transit that USPS does not account for. We encourage customers to contact us if they have any questions regarding the shipping options or if they have specific in-hands needs. We will always try to accommodate.

We're sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your order. Unfortunately, we have only a limited space within which to engrave. Recent changes to Littmann's stamp have further reduced our engraving field. The more characters (including spaces and punctuation) the small we have to make the engraving in order to avoid hitting Littmann's stamp.
