My fur baby had an emergency and Medivet, Canonbury was able to see her very quickly, exam and treat her and give me alternatives for her treatment. The Vet was knowledgeable and compassionate. I really appreciate it.

I was attended to after a small delay from my appointment time, everything was done in a very efficient way my dog can be very nervous at times ,Stella dealt with him in a very calm way and he was fine,he had a very thorough examination and his yearly vaccination all good.

There are very important reasons why we have been taking our successive greyhounds to Medivet Richmond for 25 years. The partners are kind, empathetic, caring and deeply professional from the happy moment that you register your new pet to that unbelievably sad time (at whatever time of day or night) that you have to say goodbye to them. That same approach, in my family's long experience, extends to all the staff, whether the other vets, the nurses and the reception team.
