I had a wonderful experience with Medivet. The vet was remarkably attentive, thorough, and polite throughout our visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with great care. Outstanding service—I highly recommend them!

All staff are very friendly and approachable never had anything other than excellent service

Unfortunately our beloved 12year old boxer recently became very unwell, I called Medivet in Wickford early and they kindly managed to get us booked in for later that morning. On arrival they were caring and understood our sadness and showed great respect and kindness to our lovely old lady and us at what was a terrible time. Thank you for making such a painful experience more bearable and your continued thoughtfulness of the touching card and forget me not seeds, a beautiful touch.

My pet visited for his annual check up and vaccination.He is always a nervous customer but the vet was empathetic and patient , helping him to be as relaxed as possible.

Our cat, Negruta, has been seen by Dr Matej Zupanc at Medivet 24/7 Alder in Liverpool. The doctor listened to us and was very kind and professional in approach. Negruta feels much better right now due to his professional interventions.
All staff, nurses and receptionist, were very kind and helpful , ensuring our journey was smooth and fast.

Tek prices are just absurde and unfair, I paid 80£ for an eye issue with my dog, I expected the vet to check his basic health although she was nice she did listen to his chest or measure his temperature or even look at his medical history, nothing at all. She then proceeded to put two drops in my dog’s eye which were charged about 60£ each completely insane given what I already paid, the two eye drops were part of the checkup not any particular test, then I also got charged further 15£ for eye drops. The 15 min consultation costed me more than 150£, I was not even told before the bill was just prensented to me when it all ended. Really ridiculous, bare minimum service for insane prices, will definitely never go back

I was seen as soon as I arrived, both members of staff were polite, friendly and chatty and the vet took time to gain my cat's trust and do a thorough examination. He was less stressed on this visit as he usually won't take treats from them but they had his favourite licks which he enjoyed and made it a positive experience for him.

It's always on time and efficient, and you're never rushed.

I'm very satisfied indeed with MediVet Aston Clinton. Everyone there (reception, nurses, vets) is friendly, helpful and professional, and I recommend them without hesitation.

Always come away satisfied that my female Shepherd is in the best hands and her health is priority.She recognizes all the staff and always given lots of love and affection which makes her visit positive. Definitely feels more like a family run business 😀

We were made very welcome and were seen immediately. My cat was examined carefully and very gently, given her injections and had her claws trimmed.
