I emailed my contact Calvin Jacobs & he called me within 5 minutes of receiving the email. He explained the process throughly & accurately & emailed once again to confirm receipt of all documents. Calvin is informative, pleasant to speak too & very helpful! I would recommend Merchant1 payments to all my customers & contacts. Thank you once again for your prompt service & expertise!!

We had some staffing changes and couldn't access our account online. Robert Bauco and Jessica Fowler solved the problem with an email and a phone call, within a half hour of me requesting help. I've never gone more than an hour without an email response from Robert, so I've become accustomed to the great service. Thank you, Merchant 1 Payments team!!

I have had the opportunity to work with Robert Bauco. He is absolutely the best in this industry and knows his stuff. Integration of our system was smooth and we have had no issues since changing to Merchant 1 Payments. I have previously set up another company as well and we switched to Merchant 1 Payments and we couldn't be happier. Between the service and the rates, they cannot be beat.

We have been using Merchant 1 for about a year now. We are very happy with our system and the customer service has been great. We have had a machine break down due to a battery issue, and a new one arrived within 2 days.

The best part of the service (apart from the dollar savings) is the SERVICE. The same people I talked to 2 years prior - and direct lines to those that know what to do. We actually get answers in a timely manner. And the savings are nice too.

Whenever and whatever issue arises, I call and the issue is resolved promptly. We have been with Merchant 1 Payments for about 10 years; initially because of their great pricing but continued ever since because they are very knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs, and pricing is still competitive.

Merchant 1 is great to work with. I attribute the great service and reliability to our rep, Calvin Jacobs, who has always been fast to resolve any problem we had or answer any question. When we've had odd, unexpected circumstances complicate our work, he has stepped in to help solve.

From the first time Calvin reached out, the process was very smooth. The pricing was very good and the entire team was great to work with to get me set up and processing immediately. All the team was friendly and most of all, very efficient. Every step that they laid out happened exactly when and how it was described.
