Absolute scam artists. Thought we were buying a dog ball cannon and after weeks waiting it turned out to be three dog barks. Avoid.

Same as everyone else, the most expensive tennis balls I've ever bought in my life! A scam, I thought I was buying a ball launcher. Took 8 weeks to arrive as well. Do not buy from them!!

**UPDATE**- After somebody else's advice on their review, I put a claim in through PayPal resolution centre who seem able to contact them. I've also been refunded my return postage by PayPal (this is claimable separately) and the full amount paid.

Do not buy from these scammers will fleece you out of your money without a second thought ,purchased two dog interactive toys received six tennis balls shame on you.

My story is the same as all these others. I thought I was paying for the ball thrower but instead I got 3 expensive tennis balls. These people need to be shut down. Very misleading ad for "interactive dog toy". Yeah we are the suckers who get to throw the balls instead of the machine. Shame, shame, shame on you Mimosas!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Same as the post below, I received 3 tennis balls without the launcher. Fake email! Wish I had read the reviews first!
I can't find the original ad on FB to report it. Can anyone report it to FB?

I ordered a ball launcher and received 3 tennis balls. Completely misleading on advert. Emailed company and received very quick reply asking for photos of packaging, bar code and items in parcel. Did this. Received a second email saying I got what I ordered. If I'd wanted 3 tennis balls at a cost of just under £28 that's what I would have ordered. Rubbish company. Very disappointed and angry.

Got scammed as well. We ordered 3, got 9 tennis balls. Took over a month to receive. I was able to contact them via email and they said they sent the right items, but would give me $13 refund or i could send back for $21. i responded and said gimme the address and rma and then nothing. Website is very misleading and if you click on the words dog tennis launcher, the price changes to $69.99, but further down it's as if the package includes tennis balls and launcher. I called my cc and started a dispute. hopefully all here will dispute the charges as well.

I got scammed, too! What can be done?

Definitely a scam! Don’t order from this company. I ordered the dog launcher and only received 3 tennis balls! Can’t reach the company at all. All my emails come back undeliverable!

This is a scam, I also purchased the automatic ball launcher and only received tennis balls, no launcher. Tried to contact them for refund and they are impossible to reach.

This is a complete scam. Like everyone else only recieved 3 balls, no launcher. Emails will not get through to them.

Would give 0 starts if possible. Ordered 2 ball launchers, got 3 balls and nothing on the other order. Wish I would have checked the reviews first, now I'm out 62.00!
Tried to contact them through listed email - all I get is that the email is full and not taking any more emails.

This company says they delivered a product but it never was. They will steal your money so don't do it - you will not get the product and it will take months before they tell you that it was delivered

They don’t deserve even one star. A total bunch of thieves, I have had the same experience as many others, ordered the ball launching toy and received only 3 tennis balls and no response to messages. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, it’s a calculated deliberate SCAM

How can they still be allowed to advertise and keep taking money. Disgusting to say the least.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Like everyone else who ordered the Tennis Ball launcher, I only received 3 tennis balls and no launcher. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY ... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
