Sadly the delivery was nearer to 5 weeks (actually 4 weeks 4 days) rather than the stated 2-3 weeks. Otherwise ok, but be prepared to wait over a month.

Sadly the delivery was nearer to 5 weeks (actually 4 weeks 4 days) rather than the stated 2-3 weeks.
Otherwise ok, but be prepared to wait over a month.

Wine selection is great

Wine selection is great. Yes the shipping takes a while but we were clearly made aware of this before ordering. Done 3 orders so far and very happy - thanks

Orders being processed but never delivered.

Difficult to contact or deal with.

Not convinced at all by their operation.

Unfair !

Unfortunately, my experience with your company is a very negative one. And mainly the way I was treated was highly unacceptable. One bottle broken and plenty of wine on the other bottles. The reaction of Millésima : you signed off (which is not the case) and we do not have any responsibility. Pictures have been sent of the damaged delivery, but no results. We feel treated in a very unfair manner.

Excellent Customer Services

Although the delivery of the product was delayed by a few days, the service provided by the company was outstanding, with them providing me with constant updates relating to the delivery of my product.

As May 1st was a public holiday in France, we got back to you on May 2nd to inform you that the customs clearance process was underway, which enabled us to organize a first delivery attempt on the 4th and a final delivery on May 7th.

Excellent service where they went above…

Excellent service where they went above and beyond. At very short notice an order was shipped from France to the UK on time for a special birthday. A special mention to Maeva who even organised a birthday card to be inserted with the package. I would definitely use again and would definitely, definitely recommend. Many thanks
