Mille was attentive and caring. She went over and above to help find a larger boot than displayed and even checked the website and other local stores. The gentleman that worked with her processed our choices in a calm and professional manner. Very refreshing.

Served by Millie, she was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. She was the difference from me buying the shoes and not buying them.

Jonny was courteous and quick to deal with a damaged tent pole on my new tent,
It was resolved very quickly
He even messaged me to say it was ready for an early collection

Staff did brilliantly and served with smiles on their faces and professionalism even though their jobs are coming to an end with another high street store closing.
Limited stock now but I still found what I needed.

I love this store in East Grinstead. The staff are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve been using this store for many years which saw my daughter through her Duke of Edinburgh scheme. We often buy birthday gift and Christmas gifts there. The last purchase we made was for two fold up deck chairs for ourselves. I cannot believe that this store is closing the store in Haywards Heath also closed and now there is no local Millets for us. Really, really sad about this. What a shame.

All staff members were extremely helpful. I managed to find some items I needed at competative prices in your sale. So sad you will be closing down, it seems a very poor state of retail sales at the moment given the overhead costs shops face. I wish all the staff success in finding alternative employment when the time comes

Always usually a good experience shopping here. Big clearance closing down sale on at the moment however. So a sad moment, in fans of this store in seeing we will lose it come January. Ive shopped there for many years. Lots of things I'd like to be able to get still before the closure. Got myself a very smart grey polyester warm shirt for walks this week. Reduced to an amazing 8 pounds only. Saw also a couple of other things I may return instore in coming week to purchase also. Good staff members here. Good service, good advice and knowledge. They're interested in and care about what they're doing one can tell.

Popped in as saw Closing down sale and came away with two pairs of walking shoes!

I ordered items for click and collect. They arrived in the time frame given. The member of staff in the branch was very helpful. The item was too bulky in the original packaging for me to manage and she helped repack it for me.

Alfie helped me and my partner find some hiking boots, very responsive friendly and extremely helpful. Always have a pleasant experience in this Millets.

Chloe was super patient and helpful. The selection of trekking boots and sandals was very good. We always go to this Millets because of its selection, service and price.
