Quick Shipment, Satisfying Product
I’ve been applying Millionaire Deep Treat to my face for the last week or so and I have noticed a significant decrease in how oily my skin is by the end of the day and it feels so soft and smooth. Also shipment was quick and it was packed very well.

My most favourite skin care products
My most favourite skin care products, supernova cleared my daughters acne. When Jas stopped selling supernova our last bottle ran out at the same time and the acne was back! Thankfully when Supernova returned I was prob the first person to repurchase and within a week her acne disappeared again! I have used 7 different products and I swear by every single one of them! Expensive but they are worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY and last a long time. Delivery is super!

Great products at affordable prices
Finally products that actually work! I love using millionaire beauty products.
My favourite bring Super Nova and Flawless Corrective serum. When used together, I have found my skin to be so soft and younger looking. The flawless corrective serum has helped my adult spots which is a blessing and confidence booster.

Overcharging postage costs
Recently started overcharging on P&P. Send it in a packet instead of the box. When item arrives the actual lower postage price label is attached on packaging so it gives it away.
First item didn’t even arrive because they sent it out with no tracking and with the incorrect postage and didn’t pay full postage so it was stuck with royal mail & i got a slip from RM in the post, waited 2 weeks for replacement to be sent.
Upon raising all this they were indenial alifiya didn’t want to address the fault and kept brushing it ‘as matter closed’ what a joke, clearly don’t know what after sales customer service is and quick to take money but penny pinching trying to save postage costs when we as customers are being charged full amount! Shame on you!

We're really sorry for issues on postage that happened over Xmas. We had a few hiccups with new team members in the warehouse and experienced some delays from Royal Mail which was really unfortunate. I know you were in communication with a senior member of the team but please be aware the post and packaging cost does not mean the cost of the stamp - this refers to the packaging materials, the member of staff picking and packing as well as the postage so Alifya was correct in advising you would not be refunded the difference as the charge covered more than the stamp cost. We think our charges are very reasonable and reflect the market standards. We hope you enjoyed the product and we sincerely apologies for the delays you experienced.

I was really excited to use the products as I had waited so long but unfortunately I still can’t see much difference compared to when I was using the older products. Am disappointed and would love to use the old products.

We are sorry about your disappointment but Nova, flawless and Deep Melt (formerly called Melting Magic) are all exactly the same as they have always been. Nothing has changed with these products, infact due to covid we waited months to make sure we could get the same high quality ingredients. We reduced our collection to some core products but like many small businesses the pandemic took its toll on the business.

I’m a repeat customer and I’ve never had issues with Millionaire Beauty. I’ve been in touch with Customer Services once and my request was addressed almost instantly.

Not worth it
I left a review on the millionaire beauty site but as it wasn’t “five stars”, it was deleted.
I messaged Jas before buying any products as I wasn’t sure what to use. She was quite rude in her responses although I was asking genuine questions as I wasn’t sure what products to use for my skin type.
The products are very overhyped. They didn’t do anything for me. I bought the antibacterial cleanser and acne treatment, used them for a month and the only difference I saw was that I was getting MORE breakouts. Also, bought the face-wash and moisturiser and they were very drying.
Wouldn’t recommend at all for the price.

Overhyped
Pretty surprised the business is unclaimed on trustpilot and only 2 reviews.
I've used a few of the products from this company and like other reviews I agree they are over hyped. The flawless corrective serum, matrix dna and lip eye rescue didn't do anything for me.
The melting magic is great and I have purchased it again. The retinol max is OK but expensive when compared to its competitors baselift retinol products.
Customer service is not great. Magda, the PA, takes ages to reply and ignored my emails more than once. On one occasion my order didn't arrive, Royal Mail said it was delivered but it never was. Millionaire would not refund or replace my order as Royal Mail Tracking said delivered with a covid signature.
For such expensive products I expected better. I lost quite a bit of money.
Overall I think for the price tag there's better products out there. Out of the 5 products I've tried I'd only buy the meting max again.
