When I originally ordered their Sleep Support capsules the price was around $64 per bottle. On my last autoship order, the price suddenly jumped to $129 per bottle. I'm not going to pay $129 for a bottle of herbs. It's a ripoff.

Obsessed with the mixed berry magnesium. It tastes so good I crave it at night for a little sweet treat and helps me sleep like a baby.

Unfortunately, I will never order this product again until Mindbodygreen changes their shipping to a different vendor. UniUni is unreliable and feels like a scam. Tracking information is not current, and no delivery date has been given. Several customers have complained that they never received their products when being shipped by UniUni, nor have I. I ordered this product on 1/31; after the 4-6 day estimated shipping time surpassed, I ordered a similar product from a different company and have received it already. Sorry, your shipping method is a disservice to your customer service.

I’ve subscribed for three months and was waiting for first shipment to arrive but it didn’t. I checked and found that their system picked wrong address so I wrote to them to correct it and to send the package to my correct address. Their team declined my request and kept saying it was delivered to the address in your profile but the address they stated it’s for my billing and not for my home. I canceled my subscription because I feel they are a scam or they have a poor customer service.

Well I haven't been taking it very long so I did feel better after a workout not as tired as I would normally feel but as a said just start not long ago.

This company seems to be endorsing other companies that are being looked into for possible fraud. Please be careful as to what you read on this site.

Recently added Creatine with Magnesium+ to my daily stack for overall wellness - and it’s been a game changer for me. People may think creatine is for bulky body builders but I’ve been hearing a lot of research for its support with building and maintaining muscle mass as we age. I’m in my 50s and love recovering faster between sets and workouts! I read a lot but I also love that mindbodygreen’s formulations are based on research. Another thing… I double my serving to 10g when I feel mentally exhausted. Super happy with it!

The first product I tried at mindbodygreen was brain guard+ At the time, work was challenging and I needed support with focus. This was a game changer. After three weeks, I noticed a real difference and take it daily still a few years later

Seems like a lot of reviews about subscriptions and not on product. I like subscriptions on my supplements. Every time I think I need more, here they are! I have been able to consolidate with the multi and my family loves to add the protein to yogurt and smoothies…

I ordered the creatine and it was refilled 3 months later. While I did sign up for the subscription, I would have appreciated a heads up saying hey, this order is set to refill in x days so I had a chance to change my delivery date if I didn't need it right now. I cancelled my subscription online and emailed them to try to cancel the order because there was no number to call. This was 2-3 days before it even shipped and no one responded. I sent another message once I received the package to start a return, and still no one is responding. Don't provide an email for inquiries if no one is monitoring it. Terrible customer service. I won't be purchasing anything from this company again .

I have no idea why I was signed up or by who. The company wouldn't give me any information. I contacted them every way possible but they didn't respond.

Ordered the Creatin from Mindbodygreen and on all advertising it appeared I would be receiving individual packets. Order came in 3 large bags. The product mixes well and has no taste, but I have tried in every way possible to contact the company to change the subscription to the individual packet and there is no way to contact them and they don't return messages. I will be canceling my subscription and switching to a company with better customer service.

I have recently tried several of MBG's supplements and really like their products. The unflavored beauty & gut collagen mixes easily into just water or added to smoothies. I LOVE their magnesium - the packets are super convenient to use after a workout. And I also just tried the Ultimate Multivitamin and will order it again.

I love their creatine with taurine and my wife takes the magnesium powder religiously every night. High quality, easy to take, good flavors.

I’ve tried several mindbodygreen supplements and am happy with the quality. The protein is the best tasting protein I’ve tried. My husband loves it too.

I placed a one-time order with Mind Body Green, but three months later they claimed I bought a subscription and charged me $110 in the middle of the night. They have no phone number on their website. In an online chat they said they couldn't refund me until I received their product and then created a refund request. I've asked my credit card to stop payment. They practice unfair business at best, fraudulent at worst. Avoid this company.

I agree with all of the below reviews. This is not the company you want to do business with. They have poor customer service and they care very little for the customers who purchase their products. The Creatine did not work and i had forgotten that I signed up for auto-ship. I recently had surgery and my mind was on more important things. However, I did not receive a message that the product was on auto-ship till I received a message from them with a tacking number on the shipment. I immediately contacted the company by email because there is no phone number. The agent was rude and not apologetic at all. He was matter of fact this is the way it is, you cannot cancel on a second shipment you signed up for this. I tried to check on this but it is impossible to get around the website. You cannot remove your credit card number either. I do not want to receive any more shipments and it seems impossible to cancel. HELP! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A RISK!

I ordered a two month supple of creatine and my doctor said don't use it. The next day I called to cancel it. I left a voice mail and emailed them. I got no response from them but they did bill me. I called my credit card company and they gave me credit. Don't use this company.
