Fraudulent company who only give you words
My wife purchased products from them and weee returned for credit. A second order was sent to me o August 7, which had not ordered and had cancelled that was returned to them. My bank credited me for the return that was not ordered and then after months of contact they asked me to have the bank reverse the charge so they could put the credit through.
I followed up after doing what they asked and even sent them the letter from the bank that the charge had been reversed. Now a month later they have only answered one email and said the issue is with my bank. The issue is they will now not issue a credit even though they have the product that was erroneously sent in The first place. They will not reply to emails and I have filed a complaint with the NY attorney general’s office which they accepted. DO NOT BUY FROM THSI COMPANY THEY ARE NOTHING BUT FRAUDULENT AND COULD GIVE A CRAP ANOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Don't Waste Your Money
This company doesn't allow you to change your subscription information before it ships. I contacted customer service before it shipped to change the address becasue I'd moved and didn't remember I had a subscription. When they got back to me they pretty much said "too bad, should have remembered your subscription was coming up." They also said I should have set up mail forwarding with the post office, which I had set up. I never received my supplements and they won't provide a refund. 10/10 do not recommend doing business with them. Every other company I subscribe with sends a notice of an upcoming subscription and allows you to make changes.

Our subscription system begins processing orders shortly before the scheduled shipment date, and once an order enters that stage we’re unfortunately unable to make changes to the shipping address. That said, we never want a customer to feel dismissed or unsupported, and I’m sorry if our response came across that way.
We also understand that moves and address changes can be hectic, and we appreciate you letting us know that you had mail forwarding set up. While forwarding sometimes works for packages, it isn’t always guaranteed depending on the carrier and package type.

They charged me 60.00 bucks for my vitamins and then did not send them. I emailed them 4 times about it and no one ever got back to me. I suggest never buying from this company!!! They will rip you off!!

I had no subscription
I had no subscription, yet they sent another 3 month order anyway. Chat rep even confirmed I have no account to log into so I can cancel. They will get back to me in 48-72 hours; it's been 4 days. No one answers phone or emails.

No product/no customer support
I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Never shipped. I emailed and called. Never got anything more than an automated email response and straight to an automated response that there was no one available when calling during their business hours. I had to have PayPal refund my money. Not a reliable business!

Poor customer service
I had a billing issue with them. Everytime I try to email them I get a new ticket number and a reply that they are very busy and may take a few days to respond. It’s been an 3 weeks and I finally got an email and didn’t answer the question I was asking or resolve my problem.

Ethical company with effective product
Their sleep supplement works well for me, but just as importantly, this is one of the only companies I've ever subscribed to who actually has the courtesy and ethical fiber to remind people diligently of what they are subscribed to (they sent me reminder emails to let me know I was still paying for a monthly sub, and that I could adjust the sub easily-- which I did, since I had some extra). That's honestly standout customer service amid the usual thirsty treachery à la Amazon Prime. MBG doesn't have to trick me to keep my business. I wish this were a more common practice.
