The excellent interface makes it very easy to produce high-quality, professional-standard publications. Any potential problems with low-resolution images are identified and can be corrected using its AI software, and the finished product is first-class. Very impressed.

I put my order through on the wrong paper by mistake, panicked, and in a few hours, customer service had cancelled and refunded my order - even though it was in production. They really went above and beyond to ensure my order was exactly as I wanted it to be. My order arrived beautifully on time, precisely (once I put it through correctly!!) as I wanted it to be. Great price, too. Thanks!

Excellent products, rapid turn around. Also, the Mixam website is fantastic for giving you an overview and PDF proof of your design. You can also amend your work also, after it has been submitted. It's a great service and would highly recommend. 10/10 Mixam!

Very good value for money.
Website is a bit confusing, in a way too good! So many options and suboptions, but have different prices and minimum orders! I wanted 3 sizes of cards printing, spent quite a long time choosing via different options (Leaflets & Flyers, Bookmarks, etc, different card thicknesses. Also sometimes came up with multiple postage payments. Phoned Customer Service who said depends if they are printed in same place (& same day).
Printed a few days later, arrived day after

Ordered 2 proof books, very happy, I just need to do a few tweaks before ordering a bulk order.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. IF YOU’VE USED MIXAM IN THE PAST LIKE WE HAVE, THEY ARE NOT THE SAME COMPANY AS THEY USED TO BE.
We asked for a short print run of 50 documentary photography books.
In the first 50 copies we were sent, the photographs were printed too dark and they had lines all over them. After a huge amount of wrangling, stress and with MIxam telling us our JPEGs were wrong, they then reprinted. The second batch - the photos were printed correctly but the spines were faulty. We picked this up straight away but MIxam falsely claimed that it was just the way the books had been packed (!) and that the spines would settle back into the right position. Obviously this was a lie as it had been about our JPEGs being wrong when we complained the images were all dark and lined in the first batch. We then started noticing that with normal use (ie
by opening the book and looking through the pages) all the pages fell out of each and every book. We went back to customer services, but we soon realised they are not there to help but their MO is to deny and rage bait their opponent (ie their customer) into getting angry by issuing ridiculous reasons as to why we must be opening the books and handling them incorrectly. We were even told that we could not expect to be able to open the books flat on a table. A coffee table book that you can’t look at on a coffee table?! How is this fit for purpose?
We used MIXAM a few years ago now, for a couple of books that were printed and bound with no issues. We trusted that MIXAM was the company it used to be. It is not. I believe they have recently been taken over. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY BOOKS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

The Website is easy to use and the final book was better than I had hoped. Incredible Job. I'm over the moon!!

I have just received my order and I am so impressed with everything Mixam have done.
From my initial inquiries about producing a limited (4 copies) of a hardback book featuring my life story as a keepsake for future generations, to receiving them today, the service has been brilliant.
The pricing structure - my book included some 400 pages, with a number of colour photos - provided outstanding value for money.
I asked many questions, which were always immediately answered and the ordering was a breeze (even for someone not at the cutting edge of technology).
I would absolutely recommend Mixam and it was a pleasure dealing with them.

Further to the response below. I had called and discussed with their team and asked if the order I had placed flagged any issues, I was advised it was ok. Throughout my communication with them, they ignored when I raised issues that were obviously where they had not delivered to the expected standards but were quick to blame and put fault on me for what I had asked for, even though I had asked for the order to be proofed.

The quality of the book exceeds expectations

Personally, I find Mixam to be everything i need from a book publisher. Their set up is straight forward and their service, via chat and email is prompt and get any issues sorted. Delivery is fast and updates are comprehensive.
All in all, I can’t fault them!

Great print quality, but slow shipping. The book itself looks good, but it arrived a few days late after the promised delivery date. Good service overall; just order well in advance if you have a deadline
