Excellent final product but both recent orders were delivered late. Problems were not flagged up promptly and required me to chase them up. These were not related to the courier but with the printing process.

The process of making the book was smooth and I quite enjoyed the experience. There was a small production mistake where they omitted the step of adding the ribbon (bookmark). This was resolved with customer support and I received a refund for the ribbons and a little extra goodwill gesture. Overall I'm rather satisfied (though still a bit miffed). I will give them another chance in the future

Good products. A slight mix up with my order which I was told had been damaged and thus delayed. A prompt response from the company to replace the order, but then my parcel arrived undamaged, so to be fair the issue may well have been more down to Evri! Pleased with the items, good value

Very good and efficient was impressed with the outcome of the book and quality. Going forward I’d probably go with a heavy gsm stock for the cover but that’s down to personal choice. I’m happy I only ordered a couple to begin with. Just with proof reading before printing a bigger run. Easy to use editing tool that worked well alongside uploading my own files ie jpg and png etc. would definitely recommend and use again

The online portal is easy to use and the choices well explained and I got a thousand business cards in a few days at a very reasonable price with tracked delivery.

Quick turn around, and great product at a sensible price. I appreciated the support - some of the editing i needed to do wasn't obvious how to do it - but the support team are there in real time and guided me easily through the work. I would totally recommend.

My books were great and delivered on time!

Unfortunately, the colours in our print job were not reflective of those provided in the proof. The boxes were also left outside a neighbouring property rather than being delivered to our office, with no attempt made to contact us, and no compensation was offered for this error or the considerable inconvenience caused.

We followed all the steps requested in order for the print issue to be investigated internally, including providing video footage in natural daylight showing random copies from multiple boxes. Despite repeatedly explaining that this was a time-sensitive order needed for supporter mailings, the complaint took almost two weeks of emails and chasing to reach a conclusion. We were ultimately told that the significant colour difference was within acceptable tolerance and offered a 10% refund.

Given the time spent dealing with the issue, the disruption it caused and the fact that we were left with 2,300 brochures that did not reflect the proof we had approved, a 10% refund did not feel proportionate to the overall experience.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced problems with an order, and we no longer have confidence in using this printer for an important, time-sensitive publication. We will therefore not be ordering our brochures from them again.
