Unfortunately, in this case we are currently awaiting a replacement part that has been delayed in transit due to the ongoing disruption to shipping routes and logistics in the Middle East. While these circumstances are outside of our control, we appreciate that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused to you.

Bought my jh500 from these guys and subsequently bought spare parts (tried a left hand throttle, nothing broke). The service has been great from the start! jh500 arrived with a technician who went through everything with me, ordering spare parts is simple and they arrive quickly and well packaged.

Was faulty from the factory
Falcon model arrived box was opened but not resealed. The Courier is unreliable waited in 2 days. The instructions to commission it are not great. took three of us to get it unfolded. Thought it would unfold manually while the separate battery was on its initial charge. eventually worked out that if one plugged in the charger to the rear bottom of the chair then one could use the remote to unfold it to then insert the battery and continue the charging process. As of yet have to use it for the first time, Other reviews on this model look good. . Worried about warranty issues as in Northern Ireland and a UK Company, and in England charging £95 call out fee under warranty, Also so many having problems with them. Seems i may have bought a problem on 4 wheels . Hope I am one of the ones with trouble free scooter, but my luck it will be the opposite. Three stars given for the instructions, delivery and the one star reviews I have read. A worried purchaser. Now noting they break at the folding mechanism, many reviews of that happening and a lot of different build quality issues. This morning first time, putting it into the car the battery falls out onto the road, modifications have not interfered with any wiring or integrity pictures sent to Company and have agreed the warranty is not void due to them. Today tested it, problems stopping for no reason, would be worried about the range claim from the manufacture of 10 miles. but will do a full test soon modified the scooter to keep the battery from falling out, as today again the battery fell out of the scooter while lifting bit out of the car. since modification battery has not fallen out putting it in and out of the car, will buy another battery as do not want to be left stranded as one should do with any scooter bought. there is no way it will do up to 10 miles as advertised. The switch on the tail that allows you to fold and unfold the scooter keeps coming out and will stay in place, have Two Part epoxy resin to it to keep it in, once hard will do same to the rear of the switch. .
Today the scooter stopped working, started yesterday not starting the odd time when pushing the switch then started. Today more frequent before it would not work at all, left stranded.
update blue light flashing was asked how many flashes which I stated the amount then stopped and started again the same amount then later a different amount of 3 then stopped and then 3 again. they have now accepted there is a fault and sending me out the parts under warranty to fix myself.
Parts arrived quickly and replaced, with no issues on the trials all seem great no stopping no issues. Have amended my stars as. All Parts sent, to fix the problem. and now runs fine. Hopefully gives good sedrvice.
Test complete, dial set at 12 o'clock mid way in the green zone,, 4.7 miles,,,, 60% minimum down hill, 35% level or slight down hill, 5% slight incline, test finished when battery health was in the orange zone when turned on again. showing all the orange LEDs. So in my opinion, manufacturers claims exaggerated. Again my weight is 15st, So a second battery essential for Peace of mind on full days out, to return a faulty battery under warranty costs £29.00.

We are disappointed to read this review, particularly as many of the issues raised were never reported to us before modifications were made to the scooter.
Firstly, we use FedEx as our courier partner, one of the largest delivery companies in the world. While we understand that delivery experiences can vary, courier delays or handling issues are outside of our direct control. Any concerns regarding packaging condition on arrival should be reported immediately so that they can be investigated and addressed.
With regard to the product itself, we were contacted only after carrying out numerous unauthorised modifications to the scooter, including permanently fixing components with epoxy resin and drilling into the footplate to install additional brackets. The footplate contains electrical components and wiring, and drilling into this area is strongly discouraged as it presents a risk of damage and is not approved by the manufacturer. Such modifications are contrary to the warranty terms and unfortunately make it significantly more difficult for us to assess and rectify any genuine manufacturing defects.
The manual folding switch should not come loose during normal use and, had this been reported to us before modification, we would have arranged to send a replacement component under warranty. Similarly, if the battery retention mechanism was not functioning correctly or if the scooter was not achieving the expected range, we asked for the scooter to be tested and offered to investigate and replace defective parts where appropriate under warranty.
Instead of allowing us the opportunity to diagnose and resolve these concerns through our normal support process, repairs and modifications were carried out independently before reporting the issues.
We would also note that portions of private email correspondence with our customer service team have been copied directly into this review without context. Our responses clearly show that we attempted to assist, requested further information and offered support where possible.
We stand behind our products and our warranty process and encourage any customer experiencing difficulties to contact our support team before attempting repairs or modifications, as this allows us to resolve issues quickly, safely and without affecting warranty coverage.

Ordered a scooter for my brother from…
Ordered a scooter for my brother from green power and they were extremely helpful with advise and even though I rang quite a few times to ask questions before I committed to buying they were very understanding and helpful. Their scooters are very competitive prices and often cheaper than other sellers. Delivery took less than a week and was delivered by a very informative young man called Josh F he went through all the details with my brother and didn’t leave until he was satisfied my brother was ok with the use of his new scooter.

What a great company and staff(Michael)
The engineer and driver for Green Power(Michael) was very cheerful and happy and was polite enough to telephone me to let me know that he would be a little late due to traffic.
This was much appreciated as I had a company recently who’s engineer didn’t turn up at all with no explanation and no explanation from the company or any apology was ever given.
Not with Michael who was very chatty and took me through the mechanics and operation of the scooter and made sure I could drive it safely. What a gentleman! It’s a pity more companies don’t have people like him who respect their customers. It was lovely to meet him and such a lovely sense of humour. Sadly our meeting was short lived, another time maybe. I loved his ‘Jordie’ accent !
If we had more like him in the country it would be a much better place.
