I've just had my new mobility scooter…
I've just had my new mobility scooter delivered, what a brilliant experience. John the engineer ,went through everything I need to know. Showed me everything different, compared to my J500. Plus gave me the option yo buy spare keys,which I had not thought about while purchasing. Lovely man,he changed my hand brakes so I could use them. I'm so excited now to get out of the village, and go see my friends. Thank you John 😊

John came all the way down south with…
John came all the way down south with my new scooter and it was love at first sight, not with John but with my lovely new scooter, he spent ages going through everything showing how it all worked, ordering was a breeze and thought i'd have to wait over a month for the colour i wanted but it was here in just over 2 weeks, so thanks everyone and a special thanks to John for explaining everything so clearly.

Had Andy come out and put me a new sub frame on had my scooter did a fantastic job fixed the problem no time in the blistering heat THANK YOU had my scooter nearly 4 years and done over 2000 miles 1st problem I've had and it's wear and tear the fastest has been fantastic scooter and I wouldn't have the freedom I've got without it

A very good service
Dale turned up within the allotted time. He did a very thorough service and fixed the back brake which has never held since I had it. He tested everything on the Scooter and the only problem he found was my back brake which he sorted. Very happy.

Delivery delayed
Delivery delayed. Lack of after sales service. Problem with the steering on the scooter, paid out for an engineer who agreed it was dangerous. Company disagreed. No follow-up from the company. Just left with a scooter that cannot be used. Buyer from Pembroke Wales. Entered by daughter. Very poor customer service. Months of trying to sort it out

Whilst it took a long while to arrive…
Whilst it took a long while to arrive the end product is great .I wanted Delta handlebars on my blue fastest scooter but not in stock so had to wait ordered in May arrived on 9th July.
The delivery driver Rob arrived with my scooter had a problem getting off the van, do too a pick up on the way. But my shiny new scooter was all worth the wait.
Rob went trough the workings and the paper work very effectively.
Today I took it for the first test drive, went well my biggest problem was the small power button getting a smooth ride. Needs a more positive control very jerky.
Good after sales response to a few questions I had.
All in all a good company to deal with.
