Michael was excellent. He delivered my scooter 1 day early from being repaired. He was top notch. The scooter however was delivered with no charge and no way for me to do a check to make sure its working. It was start stop start stop being dropped off by Michael. Im not impressed that it went away with a charging issue and has come back with no charge

Wow I paid for my Fastest scooter damaged seat to be replaced with a new seat and Michael came today (on a Bank Holiday even), to do that.Imagine my pleasant surprise when he said I didnt need a new seat,it was just a small repair of the seat hinge needed.He also said he will contact the office to organise a refund less the Callout charge.Saving me over £200 for the new Captains seat I had already paid.What a splendid service is GreenPower and Michael too.Thank you very much GreenPpower.

Really chuffed when Andy the engineer turned up and fixed our scooter in 15 minutes.

My package arrived quickly from the time of purchase, easy to assemble and although I've just given it one short test run it seems great especially the controls which with my hands damaged with rheumatoid.

All the stars go to the engineer who delivered my new scooter he actually deserves a 5 star rating but will do his review separately as for green power well apart from supplying a lovely looking scooter it is not what was advertised ,without warning they changed the specifications of the scooter I ordered the one I ordered was a dual speed scooter that could be used on private land ,which I was doing with my previous green power scooter and when on holiday but the scooter that was delivered is not a dual speed and there was no warning prior to delivery to this change if there had been I would of cancelled delivery and gone else where ,this is obviously a form of scam as not only on their own web site but in their hardcopy brochure and their eBay listing they are still stating the UK speed and the EU speeds

Malcolm was superb. Really lovely manner, have loads of information and advice and was so so patient. The scooter is brilliant.

He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything to me so I felt comfortable and informed. I really appreciated how helpful and understanding he was throughout. Our engineer John was really polite he has great customer service every question I asked he answered me and my wife rate him10/10 he can come and service our scooters next time they need it doing thanks very much

The online ordering process was straightforward and all email queries were promptly responded to by Caitlin. The scooter arrived at the agreed time as ordered and Lee W was helpful and efficient.
My only criticism is on the admin side as I have no certificate and I had to search on the scooter for the VIN number required by DVLA.

Micheal was very helpful and made me very comfortable. He gave me all the answers to my questions and showed me how everything worked and on my test drive stayed with me to give me the opportunity to drive on my own. He also showed me all the paperwork and what I needed to do before taking the scooter on the road. So all round I was pleased with his presentation.

The delivery was very good the man that came dale was very knowledgeable and explained about the scooter which I am very pleased with I went out on it for the first time this morning and it does the job I wanted it for

Came on time, carried out both jobs professionally and also carried out a further job that was not asked for on phone call I just mentioned my handbrake wasn't functioning properly and adjusted it saving me a further phone call.

Michael was sent out to provide the first service to my scooter and replace the digital display which had lost a few of its pixels.After a bit of cursing due to screw positions all done satisfactory and I'm happily mobile again.
