firstly the wrong scooter model was delivered an 800watt instead of 900watt, but that was soon put right plus was given a free upgrade motor of 1000watt, this and the lithium batteries were fit... Toon meer

John came today to service my scooter. He was very polite and professional. Such a lovely man and couldn’t have done a better job. He explained everything what he has done. I am very pleased with whole experience today.

Josh B was excellent
Josh B. was patient and helpful. He showed me how to do something, let me try and then show me again if it wasn't right. He adjusted levers so I could do it myself. He was kind and respectful and generous with his time.

Ordering the scooter was a simple phone call the guy was really easy to speek to and confirmed everything buy text Fantastic service, delivered on time ,Dale explained everything easy to me perfect polite man. This scooter is well worth the money, came with lots of extras phone holder, rain cover and even a cup holder, Fantastic my husband is all set for the off .

Very pleased with my experience so far! Ordering was simple, I called and spoke to James who was very helpful and talked me through everything.
My scooter was delivered today, and I'm very impressed with it! The delivery driver, Chris, was fantastic! He explained everything to me and answered all the questions I had. He was running late due to traffic, but he called me to let me know, which I wish more delivery personnel would do! Highly recommend! 5*****

Andy came out and delivered my dad's…
Andy came out and delivered my dad's new scooter and I can't stress enough how helpful, kind and patient he was. Because of this dad sat on it and away round the garden like duck to water. The hugest smile on his face he's got his freedom back to going round his beloved fields walking his dog.
Plus Andy also put my mind to rest as a concerned daughter.

They knew what was wrong with my scooter. And engineer came out and was early he fixed the problem and did a brilliant job. Very knowledgeable. His name was Craig a lovely guy knew his job very well. I could not have had a better engineer.
