Green Power dealt with my scooter p in a polite and respectful manner from the outset, their Service Manager was Rhe was positive and helpful and arranged for a service engineer to visit, on arrival Dale was switched on and understood the issue, a quick repair was made leaving the scooter in good working order.

This is the first mobility scooter I've owned.
This is the first mobility scooter I've purchased but have to say I couldn't be happier with both the product itself and the customer service I've received from the company. I went for the " fastest" model in red mainly because it has both a lockable top box and lockable under the seat storage so I'll be able to take my camera with me. Craig the delivery guy was excellent in terms of demonstration etc. I would highly recommend both the product and the company. Thank you.

lets start of ebay carnt change or upgrade scooter was told by ebay team thats it my fault when proving all apart from is upgradeable. through watapp team was told the 1700 too the 1390 is sale price not Vat. the ebay person said 1390 was vat price. cuz 20percent from 1700 is 1360. was told by wat app i could place order through ebay and they just add upgrades when i call too orignal payment. when called turns out too be a lie.
how can each department get basic question so mixed up.
i want ppl too as question before buying. amazon same shows u upgrades yet u carnt add them. last thing was told on ebay Vat is done when signed for on delivery which u not allowed to do.

My delivery came date and time as promised. Chris the engineer phoned when 20 mins away. He was polite cheerful and explained everything clearly and with good knowledge, a really nice guy. The scooter itself rides really well its comfortable and nippy also it looks really stylish in the silver grey colour. However the (free) extras of raincover ,cane holder, Phone holder and bottle holder, are absolutely terrible. Very poor quality cheap plastic whice broke as soon as used and the rain cover is paper thin with no way of keeping it hankering down. So discard before using as its just not worth the effort to put them together. My advice is to have a suitable raincover ready for delivery. The Blue Tooth addition is ok for music but unfortunately it doesn't allow you to make or recieve calls . So its 5 Stars for the scooter and for Chris the engineer. But a definite 1 star for the cheap accessories

Loud squeak from rear left
Loud squeak from rear left. Reported it got engineer within two weeks had been supplied with wrong part needs New motor now over 2weeks later have found out that it will take up to a month for them to get this part I use mine to get to my regular hospital appointment to have your mobility scooter out of action for a total of 2 months is not acceptable

Absolutely fantastic service by the engineer Andy. He delivered my scooter on the 13th and gave me a very detailed demonstration on how to operate it. He gave lots of hints and tips as well and was.more than hapoy to make sure that I was comfortable with using it before he left. Very very hapoy with the scooter so far!

Mixed feelings
The product is excellent and the delivery driver superb.However,it took 3 weeks to deliver and the staff on the phone were completely unhelpful.It was only when I was allowed to speak to a manager that delivery was arranged.

Happy with the experience, only a couple of niggles, website states 5 - 8 days delivery from order was actually 14 days secondly upon delivery was advised only one key, if i ordered a new one layer on would be charge £ 90 for key and barrell and also engineer charge for call out to fit, however delivery driver already had my spare key and would only cost me £30 if i bought it there and then. Felt a little wrong for me other than that handover was good driver was pleasant and explained the workings
