Mixed feelings
The product is excellent and the delivery driver superb.However,it took 3 weeks to deliver and the staff on the phone were completely unhelpful.It was only when I was allowed to speak to a manager that delivery was arranged.

Happy with the experience
Happy with the experience, only a couple of niggles, website states 5 - 8 days delivery from order was actually 14 days secondly upon delivery was advised only one key, if i ordered a new one layer on would be charge £ 90 for key and barrell and also engineer charge for call out to fit, however delivery driver already had my spare key and would only cost me £30 if i bought it there and then. Felt a little wrong for me other than that handover was good driver was pleasant and explained the workings

Buggy repair with Green power
Paul arrived early, which was fine. It didn't take him long to repair my four wheeler. He had a look at the three wheeler and said it needs a new axle. Thanks Paul for your help

Expensive, poor back-up
I was informed that the battery on my ‘fast’ scooter was the wrong type, after 3 years. The engineer came and changed the battery and bike to battery lead. (£300.00). The circuit breaker would pop when I switched it off. Not too much of a problem. However, the circuit breaker now keeps going off,; meaning the bike stops, and in the middle of a roundabout, almost killed me. Contacted Green Power and asked for an urgent engineer 7 - 15 days. (£120.00)Very apologetic when asked why engineers calls were so long. Servicing and demonstrations. Engineer told me don’t do servicing. When I asked the price £199.00. I do not have an ST Mondeo! No wonder the bikes are competitive, they make their money on the engineers

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your recent experience and understand how concerning it must have been to experience the scooter cutting out.
We would like to clarify that the battery originally fitted to your scooter was not the “wrong” battery. The Fast model can be purchased with either lead-acid or lithium batteries, and at the time of purchase you chose the lithium option. Around three years later, you chose to change to our newer lithium battery design.
The more recent issue with the scooter cutting out is separate from the lithium battery conversion and relates to other components. As with any mechanical product, a scooter that is over three years old can unfortunately develop mechanical or electrical faults.
We always aim to attend customers as soon as possible. Our engineers cover customers across the UK, and during particularly busy periods this can mean longer appointment times.
Regarding our annual servicing, the £199 charge includes the engineer’s call-out, labour and the service itself. The service element is therefore only £79, with the remaining amount covering the engineer’s attendance and labour.
We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that you have been disappointed with your experience.

The polite knowledgable duo
Dale and Chris delivered my mobility scooter with effeicientency, they called me before hand to let me know they where coming, giving me plenty of time to make sure i was ready. They were extremely polite and They gave me a thorough walk through about my mobility scooter and its features in extenstive detail. They also answered all my questions professionally and also explained the reasons why when applicable. They were very patient when i was testing the scooter and helped me again with things i was unsure of. And finally told me about some of the things that should have been on the Ebay listing, like aquiring spare a spare key and what happens if you dont and what happens if you either need a need a new after the spare has been destroyed or the main key has been lost.
They were extremely knowledgable and i cant fault them at all

I paid over £1500 for a mobility…
I paid over £1500 for a mobility scooter, when I placed the order, I was told that it was in stock with a 14 day delivery time. 10 weeks have now passed, and it has not arrived. They refuse to communicate in writing because written communication can be used to confirm that they are taking our money and refusing to provide the goods we paid for. Please be advised that after 120 days, you will not get your money back. If you place an order from this company, they are legally required to provide the goods within 30 days. If they fail to do, so, they are in breach of UK consumer law, and we suggest you immediately request for a refund from the bank. I took out a credit card loan to buy this scooter, and now I have simply two weeks to pursue the banking process or I lose the entire amount I paid. This is utterly unacceptable for a UK retailer. Avoid this company like the plague because they are clearly absolutely corrupt.

After sale concluded, I found battery was not right would not hold charge It took three phone calls and three weeks to resolve. Having said all that, now its working perfectly, and I'm very pleased with it. Saving hard to replace with double lithium battery pack when serviced And thankyou for a great machine

The engineer/mechanic arrived earlier…
The engineer/mechanic arrived earlier than scheduled but I was available and ready for him(Paul) he was polite and repaired my scooter in his van done and dusted within 25 mins I'm very happy and pleased that I will be able to do more shopping on this green power machine as it's much larger than my other scooter well done Paul.

Greenpower Mobility Scooters: "Serv With A Smile"
I recently bought a Mobility Scooter from GP [Fastest Model colour: Blue. Class 3 Top speed 8 mph UK 15 mph Europe / Lithium Battery with a estimated range of 45 miles on a single charge (10 hours}] and was impressed by the personal delivery service from their factory in Stockton-on-Tees to the Wirral peninsula: service "with a smile" plus for the money £2,100 all "looks good" so far, as the specification includes hard tyres (4) rather than ordinary pneumatic tyres, which can puncture easily. Well designed and kitted out with mirrors, lights and even a music speaker system. This company knows its business and seems to have a very good after-sales service too. A pleasure to do business with and no ffuss Recommended.
