Mobility scooter works as described and meets my needs. Climbs the steep hills around our village without problems. Engineer visit by PAUL to replace faulty wiring was repaired in a professional and cheerful manner

Bought and paid for it 26th August 2026, upgraded and delivered on 9th September 2026.
I can't thank you all enough. I bought the JH500 and upgraded the tyres to solid, had a locking top box put on and had a bigger motor fitted.
Can't wait to get the opportunity to get out and about on it.
The salesman was James and it was delivered with care and a shown how to use it's features etc by Craig. Both of these guys are a credit to the company and I hope they are given credit for it.

I highly recommend Green Power as a company. Buy from them with confidence.

Great service. Was kept up to date with delivery date & time, the night before I was due to receive my scooter I got a call from Paul asking if I wanted it that night as he was in the area, brilliant.
Paul was very helpful, polite, well mannered, spoke me through everything & gave me a demonstration. He’s a great guy. I’ve had my scooter for nearly 3 months with absolutely no issues. I get asked about my scooter a lot & the kids in the area recon my scooters a really a quad for granny’s 😂 I’ve the jh500, highly recommend as it’s comfy, easy to use & a head turner.

Very knowledgeable, helpful engineer called Paul who changed the battery and checked the vehicle over but unfortunately he had not been told that I had booked a service and brake adjustment, only about the new battery which has an updated socket on it which didn't fit my older model and required a fitment which he wasn't carrying, he also thought that the brakes were too abrupt and could possibly need a new controller but he hadn't been told to do anything other than a straight battery swap. Paul also said 'the office' would contact me with a new appointment a week ago. I called the office this morning and I am awaiting a call back from an engineer to discuss another appointment.
It does appear that the engineers do not carry a wide variety of spares only a toolkit, and that communication between the office and the field operatives is somewhat haphazard although all seem to be very helpful and polite.
Recommend? Yes!

After checking out many mobility scooter sites on the internet ,I became quite confused by the very wide choice and decided on reverting to a Green Power brochure previously required by post. This brochure was certainly well designed and after studying the models advertised , I decided that the Fastest model appeared to be as good as any and without seeing the actual model for real I rang the sales office early July, placed the order and on the 18th August received delivery. Unfortunately after delivery I found the parking break too stiff to operate but within two weeks Marc (who made the original delivery) re visited to put the matter right. Hopefully this will be the only problem during the warranty period or even longer. On the plus side I am very pleased with the scooter so far and look forward to many months of trouble free riding.

Marc delivered our scooter and did the demonstration too. He was lovely and friendly. Explained everything easily and made sure my father in law understood. He waited while father in law tested the scooter and wax comfortable. Explained everything out aftercare etc. top marks to Marc! Thankyou for all your help.

The Cellar on the telephone was extremely informative and helpful.
The delivery man called Paul was also professional informative and did not rush me.

ORDERED FEB received mar ,broke apr 69 miles, date to repair may/jun .caiied mid jun repair end july phoned mid july repair end aug. now sept and will have to phone again as the company never contact me . service very poor for a 2229 scooter.
finally repaired 14/9/26 but is 6 month wait acceptable, will try it and see what happens .

Had my solid tyres fitted by John who was very helpful, friendly and even put my scooter in the shed for me so as I did not have to go out in the rain.

I got my new my new mobility scooter today Dale the service engineer was amazing I couldn't fault him he gave me amazing demonstration on how my scooter worked he was also very friendly and respectful

Hi. In my third visit from an engineer the second from the same one . Josh he was very good both times New his job and was very polite. I was very impressed and grateful. I gave him a tip I do not do that normally. So thank you to him and green power. It took a while but also well that ends well. so thanks again. Dave. Very happy customer.

Chris delivered my mobility scooter and gave me full instructions, he answered every question I asked and was very informative, his attitude was very pleasing.

Got possibly the best deal going on a superb Mobility Scooter. They really went out of their way to help me.

Michael delivered our new scooter today and he was extremely helpful and professional, he arrived giving us an hour's notice and answered all our questions, the scooter is brilliant and easy to use, I would highly recommend, thanks

I haven’t had delivery of item yet so it’s hard to give an accurate score. However, I was very pleased to receive a phone call from the company explaining that the order was delayed. Phone calls are rare these days and so much appreciated rather than an email. Ask me about this again once I’ve taken delivery of the order.

John arrived promptly this morning to fit solid tyres on my mobility scooter and he done a fantastic job. He’s a top guy and I’d definitely recommend

Delivery was good. Michael was such a happy chatty man showed us everything on the scooter such a good person with a great sense of humour
