Customer care is shocking so be aware
Bought my 2nd mobility scooter from Green power and took delivery of it 9 days ago . The back basket was broken so the delivery driver just pulled the top off . The brake is so tight I need 2 hands to to release it and put it on . I rang the next day they offered me £30 off , I said no I needed the closed basket and needed to be able to put the brake on . The lady on the phone said she'd ring me when they had someone in my area to bring a new basket to fit and he'd also look at the brake . 9 days later and they've still not bothered to contact me .
So whilst the scooters are great value for money their customer care is not so great .
The day after i put the review on here i get a text msg not the courtesy of a call . The text says someone will be arriving on 8 Aug almost a month after delivery and my time slot 6.30am -11.30am 😂 . Living at the coast my scooters rust really quickly so I change them every cpl of years , this will be the last 1 I buy from Green Power .

We would just like to clarify that, according to our records, the issue was attended to within 10 days of being raised. When the job was initially logged, we advised of our current engineer turnaround time due to a particularly busy period, so the appointment was not left outstanding for a month.
As standard, engineer appointment dates are sent by text message for confirmation. If we do not receive a response, we would then follow up to ensure the appointment has been received and confirmed.
We always aim to attend to customers as quickly as possible and appreciate that waiting for an engineer can be frustrating. We’re pleased that we were able to arrange attendance and address the issues raised.

Just took delivery of my brand new Dashpod which I didn't expect until the following day, Dale the Delivery guy was lovely and thoroughly demonstrated and explained everything to me regarding the scooter.
It's a great scooter, comfortable will be great for the winter months
Overall I'm very pleased.

Love my scooter
Rob delivered my GP500 mobility scooter yesterday. He gave me a really good tutorial and I was able to test drive my scooter while he was there.
I have severe ME and have been housebound for nearly 9 months. I took my scooter to the park today with my husband and we sat looking at the views. The scooter coped with the hills and with the grass and the uneven tarmacked path. I can't believe how it's given me my independence and freedom to get outdoors again. I even had a compliment on how nice it looks.

Paul goes the extra mile to ensure you have the best experience
Paul arrived today with my mobility scooter and it looks fantastic. He showed me all the essential details how to charge it , all the other details how to drive and the alarm system which is brilliant. Also the lights for night time driving. Very helpful and can't wait to use the scooter and be more freedom after not leaving house for over 4 years. I give Paul an extra star for helping me back to my feet after my legs lost strength and I couldn't stand. Thank you and I would definitely recommend green power for all your mobility scooter purchases

When my scooter arrived it was not the colour I ordered i emailed and explained the lady who I spoke to was absolutely fantastic she sorted out a change of colour when they came to replace the colour for me they guy introduced himself he was chatty and professional he told me that I need a master key as I only got one key he put it in his report and this was sorted today by Leigh again he introduced himself was very polite friendly chatty and professional i was not long waiting for my problems to be resolved and was kept informed i would certainly recommend Green Power to anyone thinking of buying a scooter the prices are really reasonable fantastic after care worth 5 stars

They were very quick to answer all my questions and they had a early delivery date and offered it to me then a great guy called Dale delivered my mobility scooter and then talked me through all the workings of my scooter and explained all paper work for me so thank you again Dale 👍
