We had a problem with my wife's two year old riser recliner which Robert dealt with efficiently on an urgent basis, by arranging for a representative of the manufacturer to make a ten hour round trip to mend it. I have nothing but praise for his after sales care.

Very happy with bed Robert was a great help as i bought over the phone lots of adjustment 6 inch mattress very comfortable and bends to shape very easily delivery and assembly was very good and 5 year warranty so very pleased

I purchased a Recliner Chair and Stool Set from this company. These were at an excellent price compared to other companies I had looked at.
The personal service I received from Robert was second to none. The colour and fabric I originally ordered had been discontinued by the manufacturer and was no longer available.
He was most helpful in ordering swatches of alternatives for me to look at. I placed my order and Robert organised the delivery to me in the Channel Islands free of VAT as we are exempt. Many other suppliers will not even deliver to the Channel Islands let alone sort out the VAT issue.
Robert kept me informed of the delivery status of my order and even telephoned to ensure I had taken safe delivery and that all was well.
From my experience, I would thoroughly recommend this company. The service and personal customer care in my opinion is definitely second to none.

Great company to deal with. As other people have said, Robert was of great help without any sales pressure in discussing our requirements for a mattress for my 92 year old mother with osteoarthritis of the hip. She is very pleased with the product and is having a much better nights sleep now. Would highly recommend.

I received email and telephone calls keeping me informed about my order and any updates. I ordered an adjustable bed and mattress with massage and drawers. I was lucky enough to order it from Robert Winchurch. I have never had better treatment from a salesperson and it was a real pleasure to communicate with him. I have already had a lot of experience with online shopping and never, ever, has anyone asked me afterwards if I was satisfied. I have only received impersonal links for feedback or reviews. Who's going to call me and ask me how I'm doing and if I'm happy with the product?! The answer was NO ONE...but now I have one answer and that is Mister Robert who did it. With a beautiful voice, like a children's storyteller on the radio and treating me like a son/brother, I was happy to order a bed from him.
