Wow. Fresh approach to selling and buying. Kept upto date through the entire process and gave us more information than the other estate agent we were buying through (struggled to get to even speak to them) we found looking for a house to buy some agents we abrupt and difficult but Tim, Frances and Charlotte such an amazing team go above and beyond making this our eighth move to most stress free and actually enjoyable yet. If we could only choose who to buy through as well as sell through. Mockford and Hunt are the estate agents of the future. Thanks so much for all your hard work

From the initial call to view through to exchange of contracts where we are now Mockford and Hunt have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. After making the decision to put our house up for sale we requested a call back from a few estate agents and Mockford and Hunt were the only ones who made contact, we had never sold a house so we were totally dependent on our estate agents and they haven’t disappointed!!
Tim, Frances and Charlotte went above and beyond to make sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible and when it didn’t they were there with us reassuring us that we would get there in the end, the WhatsApp group is a great way to keep in contact so any questions we had were answered quickly even though I’m sure we must have driven them mad when we were stressing because of being let down last minute by one of our buyers!!
The whole team are very professional and caring and we cannot thank them enough for helping us through this bumpy experience without ever making us feel like it was too much trouble seeing us through all the highs and lows every step of the way.

If you need to move home and want a great estate agents I recommend Mockford and Hunt. Tim, Frances and Charlotte were all outstanding. I sold my house within one week of advertising. The sale of my property was hassle free. The customer service throughout was excellent and a special shout out to Tim who also supported me on my purchase.

Having never sold a house previously I was unsure of where to begin. I contacted Mockford and Hunt as they had been recommended to me and can honestly say that they made the whole process seamless.
