Modern UPVC Windows Reviews

Absolutely superb company, had all my windows from them a few years ago , I managed to break a door window, just gave them my original order and they sent me the exact size replacement (I paid obviously) . Adam who delivered it was a legend, great communication, on time, helpful and a nice bloke too thanks to everyone…

I have been using modern upvc windows for several years now.. slowly replacing old double glazing units.. the frames and glass have always been of a high quality and much better value than any other company I can find in the greater London area. Customer service is great too .

Easy to use website. I’ve used these on multiple jobs and they are always the easiest and most reliable to use. Quick turn around on orders and really good instructions to help with ordering. Ideal when sitting with clients

Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
I used this company to buy 6 windows and a door and cannot fault this company from start to finish.
I was daunted by the idea of measuring up myself, as I have no experience of this. The website is brilliant, it guides you through every step of the process and a little box pops up at each stage giving more information about the options. I’m a process driven person and this website design is spot on.
Prices felt fair, definitely a huge saving from going through a window fitter. Customer service was also spot on, a lady called a couple of times after I made the order to check on things I had done that were unusual, to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. I really appreciated this attention to detail. I was given a prompt delivery date which was adhered to, and the delivery driver was most helpful. The products are of good quality and arrived well packaged. Will definitely be using them again for the second phase of my window replacements.

I would highly recommend! The website is easy to navigate and the customer support is great!
Having ordered my windows almost one week before I was suddenly informed by my client that they wanted to change the glazing option.I contacted the customer support and they were quickly able to change the order for me with no hassle at all.

I will definitely be using again!

Great service
Great product
Fast delivery

I had several queries about the size, colour, and specific items for my first attempt at door fitting. Each time I called I received pleasant staff interactions with a wealth of knowledge about the queries I raised. The service was great even going to the showroom to view samples and meeting further helpful staff. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Delivery arrived when they said it would and I am more than happy with the product quality, colour, and appearance. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends.

I have used these guys a few times for different projects and feel it's time to review them. The product, both windows and doors are great quality, and the manufactured product are done very well with good accuracy. Lead times are more than reasonable and delivery is a smooth and informative process. I have had 1 issue with a mechanism failure, and these guys just supplied a whole new sash for replacement in good time. Thoroughly recommend for services, products and fair prices.

Absolutely fantastic service, window is amazing, price is the best around and the customer service answered all my queries up to when I ordered promptly. Want windows? Nowhere better than these guys

We would highly recommend this company for quality, delivery, delivery updates and the after sales support.

I’ve used this company 3 times now, on each occasion product has been supplied quickly with regular updates. Windows have been of excellent quality up to now. Have recommend to others and will certainly use again. Keep up the good work.

This was my second purchase from Modern UPVC Windows and yet again I was very satisfied with everything from the ordering process, customer service, delivery, comms along the way, and finally the quality of the product, and all at a reasonable price.
Excellent!! Another order soon.

The website was easy to use. It had useful information on measuring and fitting. This was my first time fitting windows. After placing the order I was given a delivery date and I was able to track the driver. The order was delivered with the panes and frames separated which made it easy to handle. The frames were the exact measurements ordered. The quality of the frames and panes was very good. I would recommend this company.

This is the third time I have had windows from this company. Always have good communication, A good quality product, And quick delivery

I purchased 6 windows, 1 door, triple bi-fold. We had a mix of double and treble-glazed windows in our order. The ordering process was easy, and they were delivered in a reasonable time. Everything purchased was going into my two-storey extension. I used a building company that have over 20 years of building experience, and also have great proficiency when fitting doors, windows, bi-folds etc. I would also add that their prices were very competitive, hence my decision to use this company. I paid over £5K for everything, which I feel is good value.

About 3-4 weeks after installing the bi-fold windows a 6" hairline crack appeared at the bottom of in the internal middle pain. At that time, no one was working in the kitchen where the bi-folds were installed, so I was surprised to see this crack appear. After some research, I understand cracks can appear when the temperatures drops very low, which is consistent with the timelines of when they were installed, which was towards the end of October 2025.

I contacted Modern UPVC Windows to explain what had happened, it took a considerable time for them to reach their decision. Actually, their responses were very slow and I had to do quite a bit of chasing. Many weeks passed before they reached their decision, which was that I had to pay for the new panel. I did this as I didn't want to take the chance the whole panel might break. The new panel cost me £259. The replacement came well packaged and promptly, at no extra charge. I've had it fitted now, and I have no problems.

Overall, I would say the windows, door and Bi-fold (with the exception of the internal window pain cracking) are excellent. The sales service was good, less so the after sales service. Disappointed to have had to pay the extra £259 for the faulty window pain, and it not being covered under warranty or a good will gesture.

Would I recommend them? Probably not due to my experience, although the products are good and their prices are competitive. I just worry about their after sales service, and that is simply because of my experience.

They kept me well informed of delivery times, queried my order to make sure everything was correct.
a well organised company with good communication skills, very helpful and polite delivery drivers.
Good quality windows at a very competitive price.

I found the on-line design service to be a useful, easy-to-use, well thought-out, interactive facility. Importantly, it enabled me to choose and order doors with the precise specification that I wanted, with transparent and competitive pricing. Furthermore, the ordering procedure and order fulfilment process were very straightforward. Moreover, the installation was undertaken with skill and care, entirely in accordance with my wishes and expectations, and with no problems. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this reliable company to others, or to use it again myself.
