I designed my engagement ring with Moissanite UK last year, with Louise being my point of contact. Absolutely loved their service. Quick to respond, all inclusive service, I live in Ireland and they were happy to deliver the resin ring to my home before getting the ring made, were happy to make any adjustments I asked for and I'm so happy with the final result. Ring is still in perfect condition and I get so may compliments on it. 10/10 service and highly recommend.

My wife had a stone missing from her engagement ring. I got the ring back in less than a week. Excellent communication from the Moissanite.co.uk team.

I placed a small order for delivery to Italy, but the package got stuck in customs. The store refused to help and kept citing a language barrier, as if it were the customer's responsibility to deal with customs issues.
After two weeks with no resolution, I opened a PayPal dispute and requested a refund. Since the order had been split into two shipments, PayPal immediately refunded part of the payment. Ironically, the very next day the store suddenly managed to resolve the customs issue, and I received the package the following day.
What disappointed me most was the complete lack of apology or accountability. Instead, the store demanded repayment of the amount refunded by PayPal, even though it was less than the customs fees I ended up paying. These fees were never disclosed in advance, despite the store offering international shipping.
Very poor customer service and communication.

Excellent to deal with , my wife lost A stone from her Moissanite ring , she contacted them for a repair , they were very helpful and sent a repair form via email, and we sent the ring off the day after , a few days later we got a very good quote for the repair , and we had it back within a week, looking like a new ring , thank you

I previously ordered 2 rings, both were returned because they werent suitable. The customer service was questionable. At the time I was very unwell after receiving chemotherapy and I was quite worried the rings wouldn't fit me after my treatment. I finished my treatment and reordered knowing the ring would fit, and I would have my forever ring.
I woke to find this company had cancelled my order with no reason or rhyme.
I gave this company another go because their rings are beautiful...yet they treat someone with cancer so awfully.

I can’t praise this company enough. The jewellery is so sparkly! I bought a 1ct heart white gold ring and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I wanted another ring to compliment it so Louise sent me a mock up of what they would look like together. So I purchased my 2nd ring!
Louise Allen is an absolute star! She couldn’t do enough for us. I sent the ring back to be sized on a Monday and it’s only taking 3 days from them receiving it back to being back on my finger!

I had a bit of a problem when I ordered a beautiful ring for my wife to wear on different occasions I.e when her wedding ring was being cleaned, adjusted, prongs fixed etc.
But I ordered the wrong size. I returned it as instructed.

I encountered a couple of issues with a ring I purchased, but I can't say enough good things about this company’s customer support. Louise has helped me every step of the way - once when i lost a stone out of my eternity ring - this was replaced and returned so fast, and then when i broke my solitaire ring they have basically rebuilt it and returned it - all within a week. Their service has been truly exceptional, with quick responses and impressively fast return shipping. Would definitely purchase from this company again, safe in the knowledge that there is always someone willing to help if anything did go wrong.

Our experience was fantastic shopping for an engagement ring. We booked an appointment and were shown lots of different options by Ellie who also designs the rings. She was kind, helpful and professional with absolutely no hint of pretentiousness. I would thoroughly recommend this company, everything arrived on time and in a beautiful box and emails inbetween were incredibly helpful. If you are getting engaged, I would thoroughly recommend this.

The ring arrived yesterday and we are delighted with it - it's exactly what we wanted, it's perfectly made and absolutely beautiful. My ring arrived on the arranged day and I have to say it is beautiful. I have purchased a solitaire ring previously and was and still am delighted with it. I also have to say the packaging was lovely too. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
