Very professional and knowledgable

The agent with whom I spoke was very knowledgeable and helpful and of huge assistance in clarifying very technical issues relating to lump sum payment of state pension. She had a very lengthy telephone conversation with me and sent helpful links by email. She was able to clarify an aspect on which incorrect information had been given by DWP which had caused confusion. She took time going over the detail and the conversation wasn't rushed which was also very helpful. Would recommend very highly.

It has been very useful to get a questionnaire today from Pension Wise - as a follow-up to a very helpful talk with me, by phone, about my options at the end of April. I have since checked out various options and spoken to others, including staff at my pension company - and thinking further about the questions today I will review my paper-work once more.

The whole experience was like talking to a good friend, whom you truly trust. Conversation flowed with ease and this made asking questions really very easy and comfortable. Didn't feel like anything I had to ask was silly and I was treated with complete respect - really was a great informative conversation (chat). Thank you so much.

Each session needs to be bespoke to client’s scenario, which could be hashed out in 10 mins. Agent took 1hr 10 mins. The meeting was a waste of time.

This organisation is a complete waste of time and I wasted a lot of my time and effort yet ended up with no advice. "Book a telephone appointment" had nothing available for two months. "Book an online appointment" is a total con and at the end of it you aren't given an appointment with an adviser. I tried using "Live Chat", typed in an extremely detailed description of my problem, waited 20 minutes and received no response, closed the browser window. Then when I went back to the site later to check something else, Live Chat popped up with an adviser having asked me loads more questions. Tried to reply but was taken right back to the AI chatbot starting question of "What is your name?". Total waste of time. Then they woke me and wifey up at 1:09am by sending me an email asking for more feedback!

Excellent clear information. Saved me having to wade through all the data checks, call queues, hold music of my 2 pension providers to ask a specific question about 'small pot' rules.
