Ordered on a Sunday and paid extra for next business day delivery. Waited in all day on the Tuesday, but product wasn't actually dispatched until the Wednesday. Courier tried to deliver on Thursday but I was out. Didn't leave it in a safe space - took it away with them. I had to go and collect (a 25 mile round trip) from the depot. Finally got my item ten days after ordering. None of the contact options on the website work - no answer on the phone and no email option either. Contact Us page is a dead link. I'd avoid, unless you're not in a rush!

I had originally ordered two sets of 16GB RAM by mistake, but quickly realised I only needed one. I sent a cancellation request, and within 24 hours Stacey promptly sorted it out for me. I then asked if it was still possible to ship just one unit in time for Saturday, as I urgently needed it for work.
Stacey not only confirmed via Amazon messages but also took my call directly, ensuring the product was shipped the same day so I wouldn’t face any delays. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely went above and beyond to help.

Superfast delivery and great customer service. I had pressed the camcell button in my order by mistake which took away the tracking info. However got through on the phone promptly with a polite customer service representative who sent an email with tracking link.

I was comparing prices for a new graphics card via PCPartPicker.co.uk and Morecoco's prices were very competitive. I am a bit hesitant at clicking on the random unknown websites that PCPartPicker links to, especially when prices are similar to the more well-known retailers like Scan and Overclockers, but I took an £830 punt on them anyway.
As a new customer I was given a coupon code for free next working day delivery and, sure enough, I received my item by 11:30am the next day, which is something larger retailers, such has Currys, have repeatedly failed to do for me in the past. The product is as described and I am satisfied.
I do have some constructive criticism, mostly regarding IT:
1. The website needs a lot of work. A lot of the text, links and icons are out of alignment and there's generally a lot of weird behaviour with the website overall in Google Chrome on desktop. On mobile it's even worse and is honestly barely usable.
2. Despite giving them my primary email address when making the order, the website informed me after placing the order that my confirmation email would be sent to the email address associated with my PayPal account - which is not the one I set up my Morecoco account with. I therefore had to set up a second account with my PayPal email address to be able to track my order.
3. I didn't receive a confirmation email at all to either of my email addresses.
4. The tracking on the website is not reflective of the actual status of the order. I ordered at 7:30am and the tracking page showed my order as "waiting to be processed," with another informative message saying that order processing takes place between 9am and 4pm. This status didn't change by 3pm, so I called to check if next day delivery was still happening. The very pleasant lady I spoke to told me that it had indeed been processed and that it would be despatched to the courier that evening. However, the tracking page remained in its "waiting to be processed" status when I last checked before going to bed that night and I went to sleep thinking this delivery was just not going to happen. Only upon checking this morning had it updated with the DHL tracking number, which was followed by a text from DHL confirming my delivery window.
The review still gets 5 stars on the basis that I got a competitively priced product delivered to me the next day without an excessive delivery cost (free with the coupon, but would have still only been £6.99 without), which is more than anyone other than Amazon seems to actually manage. Their customer service was also top notch, which is more important than the website not working properly.
I only bring up all of the issues I did because a website with this many (albeit small) problems does make them appear less trustworthy than they actually are and it could have easily put me off of ordering, in which case I would have missed out on what turned out to be an excellent experience. Additionally, if the order tracking was more accurate, I wouldn't have wasted Customer Services' time calling them.
Again, all minor stuff. If IT has to take a backseat because their resources are prioritising actually getting my product despatched and delivered in the time promised, they've made the right choice. I'm just concerned that I had to take a leap of faith that paid off, rather than be given confidence from the outset. They're underselling themselves with a dodgy-looking website that masks a really great online retailer whom I shall be using again in future.
