Writing a review for a motherboard that I recently purchased, bought with condition: 'New (Open Box Product)'. Hopefully this review will alleviate worries for anyone like myself that is concerned by the state of other reviews for used motherboards in these trustpilot reviews.
I reached out to Morecoco and was reassured that this was an open box return (untested by Morecoco), but didn't have any signs of use despite the manufacturers seal being broken.
Bought the motherboard, received with speedy delivery. Motherboard looked in pristine / new condition, with a return (amazon) label directly on the motherboard box. Other than the board's integrated wifi not working with Windows 11* (a common problem with this motherboard), there doesn't appear to be any issue with it at all. Accessories were still unused in plastic wrapping.
*EDIT: Note that this wifi issue was resolved by connecting the ethernet to the board to download the WiFi drivers.
Would gladly purchase with Morecoco again.

My experience was a mixed bag. I paid for next-day delivery, but it was not clear that my order had become split, with most items arriving late. The website's stock information was also inaccurate for one item, forcing me to cancel it and get a refund.
On the plus side, the customer support was very helpful with these issues, and the parts that did arrive were securely packaged. While the support and packaging were good, the shipping and stock problems were a major letdown.

Genuinely phenomenal customer service from both Stacey and Danny would rate 10/10.
Purchased an ASRock Radeon 7900XT less than a year ago and one of the fan bearings started to fail, making an awful racket. A quick call to Morecoco and a couple of emails and within a day they had an RMA number sorted for the GPU and details for return. Long story short, you cant go directly to ASRock from the UK so Morecoco were phenomenal in understanding and sorting it.
Even longer story short, the REPLACEMENT GPU from the manufacturer (ASRock) themselves, was also faulty as it was a used card. Again, quick call to Morecoco, explained the issue and what tests I'd done and justified why the GPU was still the issue. Within a day they gave me the option of a full refund or a brand new GPU shipped the moment I'd returned the second faulty GPU. All issues caused in this were not Morecoco's fault but they solved each and every one incredibly quickly and transparently.
Responded to emails within a couple of hours, will give you calls with urgent or important updates, always polite and understanding. This is how you do customer service. Thank you so much Stacey and Danny!

I was initially going to give a lower rating due to an initial issue whereby, whilst the Morecoco website showed an "Order Received - Awaiting Processing" message, I myself never received any auto-order acknowledgement or tracking number emails from Morecoco itself (Note: PayPal did send me a payment acknowledgement email, which had a spelling error, as they are Morecoco's payment processor even if you use a non-PayPal credit card to pay with, like I had done). I also did not receive any email regarding the shipper (Parcelforce) nor its tracking number before delivery. However the Morecoco website did eventually update to show Parcelforce and its tracking number. Parcelforce never sent me updates before delivery and its iphone app was rubbish (as it kept giving a tracking error). Due to all of these discrepancies and lack of clarity, I was very distrustful, being a new customer.
However upon phoning Morecoco's help desk, Danny took ownership of the problem and went out of his way to personally send me a Morecoco email (from their "orders" email address) to assuage my fears, phone me early the next morning to follow-up, and investigate (and find) that the non-emails had been due to an IT server issue on their side. I also did receive the Microsoft 11 USB drive within the overall expected time.
Overall: 5 stars considering:
1. Danny's resolution. And considering Morecoco is a small local UK company and does try so I think should be supported.
2. Parcelforce itself, and it's app, being rubbish at communication. This wasn't Morecoco's fault. Morecoco though should consider offering different shippers. And please look more into your IT auto-email server side of things (including around delivery, especially if Parcelforce is involved!).

Tried to call in re my order, spent about 10 mins waiting to speak to someone before i got hung up on. I also never received any tracking info and had to go onto my order on their website to ascertain tracking details. It would also be useful if they specified which couriers they use rather than just saying "we use well known couriers". That being said my order did arrive the next working day via Parcelforce so no complaints there, but the service is just straight up sloppy. Wouldn't necessarily order from here again unless they were cheaper than elsewhere because some of the replies to the 'more critical' reviews on here are unprofessional at best, and unnecessarily defensive/borderline dismissive at worst

Of an order for 4 drives, 2 were fine but the other 2 were refurbished. Asked for replacements but was sent a refund instead (even though they have the drives in stock), so I now have to source those other 2 drives somewhere else.
