We had used More Bathroons for two previous projects and, because we had such an excellent experience, we went straight back to them when we were ready to upgrade our kitchen. The experience from start to finish was excellent . Andy, the designer, was helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we finalised our design. Rob ensured that the final design would work in the space and pointed out and addressed any minor amendments needed. He stayed involved throughout to ensure the project progressed as planned. Stuart was our lead fitter and he is exceptional, extremely talented at everything he does with excellent attention to detail. He also leaves the house each night in the best possible state that he can. We had absolutely no concerns throughout the project. Stuart along with every single other tradesman that came through the door is friendly, polite, courteous and easy to have around your house. We can honestly not fault anything or anyone and are delighted with our new kitchen, new ground floor configuration and new downstairs toilet. Thank you all, you deserve every success.

The fact that every stage of our kitchen installation was overseen and managed by project manager Rob who liaised with the tradesmen on the job and was contactable at all stages to answer queries and any concerns that we had. All the various trades on the job were skilled, friendly and reliable. A big thankyou to all of you, especially Andy and Jake our fitters. Will definitely recommend Passmoor to friends and family

We had a small utility room and a downstairs toilet renovated at the same time. The planning stage by Passmore was excellent and without fault, however the project managing left a lot to be desired we had to check the install ourselves . We were very fortunate not to have a very serious Electrical issue during the installation . we were disappointed that the project took in excess of five weeks after a planned 10 day quote.The end product is fantastic and we’re really pleased with the final outcome.

So pleased with our new kitchen. Experts on the job the whole way through. Good advice at the planning stage and the installation work was seamless. Andy the carpenter and person in control of project coordination on site was brilliant. We felt confident at each stage. Thoroughly recommend this quality outfit!

We contacted Passmore for a quote to do extensive internal building work and design and fit a new Kitchen. I had worked with Passmore back in the 1990’s when they were just a small family business and was intrigued that they had managed to grow but still hold onto their customer service and values.
They weren’t the cheapest but the overall quality of their work was 1st class. Not everything went to plan and completion took around twelve weeks rather than the estimated six but we were impressed at the way they took away the stress by simply resolving the problems without any fuss. Rob the Project Manager was a great communicator and always gave the impression that he was ‘on it’. We had various tradesmen in and out and they all treated the place with respect, and were reliable and skilled. Tony Hill organised our home whist the work was done building screens and ensuring we had services throughout which was a great help. There is a slight niggle that the work could have been completed sooner if a floor and wall tiler had been engaged rather than leaving it with Jay the Kitchen Fitter ( who by the way went the extra mile) and the sign off from Building Control took ages due to some misunderstandings. However even given that, I would use them again and highly recommend them to others.

Installation of my new kitchen by Passmore was a good experience all round and I am delighted with the finished result. Initial meetings with Julie were invaluable for her design ideas and advice. Full project management was carried out by Rob who was very helpful and regularly on site. The electricians, plasterers and the guys who removed rubbish from the site also did great work.
The undoubted star of the show was Martin (friends and family agree). Stripping out of the old kitchen and installation of the new one (including tiling) were carried out by him over several weeks. His work is excellent with meticulous attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he was a really nice guy to have around - hugely important when someone is in your home on a daily basis.

We recently had our kitchen totally remade by Passmore. We wanted to use the services of a local company which provided an integral service taking care of every aspect of the project, so we opted for Passmore and we were´t disappointed.
From the first contact, with an immediate answer to our email, through Julie´s excellent job at design to Stuart doing the fitting and any little adjusment we could ask, I must say their professionality was more than evident and shows in our new kitchen. In fact we felt assured enough to go on holiday for two weeks so we could skip most of the disruption you unavoidably expect from a work like this and everything went smoothly and within the expected time frame. In summary, we made the right decision and would recommend this company to anyone who priorize quality and peace of mind when dealing with a kitchen.

This company absorb all the problems with kitchen design and build. This is so valuable, rather than dealing with individual trades separately, and their team are thoroughly professional in every respect. It might be cheaper to 'mix and match', but who sorts out the issues which inevitably arise? Top service and excellent value. Highly recommended!

Emil was probably the most meticulous, conscientious and polite representative i have encountered. Very considerate about concerns, diligent and engaging with my mom. Credit to the company and set a new standard of expectations for any other providers from now on.

We have just had a Wet Room put in by Passmore. Elliot is the one who did all the work he has done an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble. He was very professional. I am very proud of what Elliot has achieved.

Blooming brilliant

After dreading the thought of a kitchen in need of attention I contacted Julie and had the initial meeting. I am so pleased that I did and cannot believe that my small gally kitchen has been transformed into a space that I cannot stop looking at, admiring and almost living in. The whole kitchen area was gutted( new ceiling and walls, electrics, plumbing, dry rot fixed, new flooring, a radiator to heat the area, tiling as well as kitchen units).
I cannot praise enough every trades professional that worked on the project . They all completed their jobs on time, kept my house clean , informed me to what they were doing and even arrived to work ( I live on a hill) in appalling ice and snow conditions that we experienced in January. I was very impressed.

I would particularly like to thank Stuart joiner and kitchen fitter who coordinated everything . I found Stuart very honest, reliable, knowledgeable and exceptionally hard working. An asset to the team.

The project took 4 weeks to complete as was expected by Rob who visited weekly to ensure everything was going to plan . I also knew that I could ring Rob if I had any concerns.
From start ( with Julie her reassurance and designs) to completion I would highly recommend this team.

Well where do I start?

We came across Passmore Kitchens at their showroom inside Mirfield Garden Centre.

They arranged for Julie to come out to talk through some options, on the same visit we literally had the kitchen pretty much designed on paper right in front of us.

Julie is certainly an expert in her field, she suggested we take out the long window and door in the kitchen to open it up to the garden with large glass windows and patio doors, not only did this let in so much light we actually gained another foot of space.

Don't ask me how but we now have a large utility room with walk in pantry that was divided from the original kitchen and the new kitchen actually feels bigger.

I can't praise the whole team enough Rob came out and went through the final design before we signed everything off, with lots of help and advice, there was no hard sell or push with anything.

Andy the fitter was an absolute star and a credit to the Passmore Team, his communication was great he managed to accommodate any little changes we had and advised on different options as we went along.

We had James the sparky and his guys on site who were also top notch, they even managed to resolve another electrical fault I had on site.

Lee the tiler did and amazing job with the marble floor (we had one spare tile lol)

The plumber, plasterers and builder were all very professional.

I was dreading the whole project to be honest, workmen not turning up when they were meant to job not completed to spec, how wrong I was.

Not often I recommend companies however I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.

One of the main reasons we chose then was the feedback we read about their workmanship and professionalism.

This is our 3rd project with Passmore. This time it was a kitchen renovation including a total redesign by the fabulous Julie. The installation was project managed by Rob who is the safest pair of hands you could ever meet. Martin carried out the installation and his approach is to go above and beyond. This is what makes Passmore special - they really care about doing the best job possible. I was concerned- it’s a lot of money, but I needn’t have been because the result is stunning. Thank you all!

We recently had a new kitchen designed and installed by Passmore group. The service they provided from design through to completion was very professional. We were kept informed throughout and any little snags were dealt with promptly. The team involved in the design, project management, preparations and installation worked to a very high standard. A special mention for John, who was our fitter, was professional, experienced, respectful and courteous, he made some little adaptations which enhanced our kitchen. We love our new kitchen and are very happy to highly recommend Passmore as they made the whole process stress free.

Love our new kitchen. Julie listened to what we wanted and designed it accordingly. John, the fitter did a fantastic job. The odd problem that arose was sorted by Rob efficiently.
