Passmore are a one stop shop for kitchens. They co-ordinate the various trades, so reducing the waiting time to a minimum and ensuring a timely outcome.

Passmore designed, made and installed a completely new bedroom and kitchen. The work progressed on time and to the quoted price. Thanks go to Julie, Rob and Andy for a job well done.

The kitchen and dining room in our new home didn't work for us. We wanted to open it up and make it a more sociable space. We also wanted to reconfigure the back of our large lounge into a practical utility/boot room, and possibly a downstairs shower room. A big ask.

We initially only went to Passmores to look at their kitchen displays, but we got chatting to the staff and took the opportunity to have one of their kitchen designers, Simon, come and take a look at the house. After that initial meeting Simon came up with a design we were excited by, and a few tweaks later he’d created a fantastic sociable kitchen. He also managed to maximise the space available for the utility and shower room and we agreed to go ahead with his design.

Another site visit was soon arranged to check Simon’s design was achievable, with structural engineers, electricians, plumbers and builders present. This is of course one of the main advantages of using a company like Passmores - they project manage the job and schedule all the trades to minimise stress and hassle.

Once the work in the kitchen/utility started, joiners Andy and Sam did a great job. Perfectionists in every way, they both carried out the work as if fitting their own kitchen. They were always, professional, polite and available to give advice when asked. They are a credit to Passmores, and we very much appreciated all their hard work.

There were a few issues, almost exclusively with things such as radiators, and other similar things. These seem to be caused by the sheer number of decisions we were forced to make in a short period of time. I don’t think it would be fair to blame anyone for this as it’s necessary in order to calculate the quote, but in my opinion it is a slightly flawed part of the process and led to delays whilst we waited for our final choices and all important fixtures and fittings to be ordered and delivered. We were also a little disappointed with the amount of time the job took to finish. The last few jobs seem to take too long although I would stress that we did have a functioning kitchen at that stage so it wasn’t really anything more than inconvenient, but it was frustrating as we expected the organisation to be a little better.

Having said that, now the kitchen and utility are finished we are absolutely delighted with the final product, so ultimately those delays seem un-important. Despite any small issues we may have had, it would only to be fair to stress that Rob, the project manager, always made us feel that any problems would be rectified. The confidence we had in him, Andy and Sam meant stress levels remained low throughout, which isn’t always the case on a relatively large project like ours. Big thanks to all 3 of them, along with all the others involved along the way.

If asked if I would recommend Passmores I would say a definite yes. The workmanship is fantastic. If there’s a problem, you can make a phone call and it will get sorted out. The site was left tidy every day, and all the trades were polite and courteous to us and all the neighbours. This project was not an easy one and would have been far more stressful if we’d had to project manage it. There may have been a few blips and delays along the way, but we were always confident everything would be rectified and that the end product would be something you can be proud of!

Our initial meetings with Julie were 1st rate. She has a lot of great ideas and helped us to visualize what we could achieve in our space.
Sadly it went downhill from there.
We were advised of a week delay due to factory 'issues'. However no one told the electrician who arrived to fit the pendant lighting which later had to be moved.
Our fitter arrived late, left early and on one occasion didnt turn up at all as he had an argument with his girlfriend.
The initial leadtime was given as 2 weeks but (with a lot of pushing) ran to 4 weeks. On the last day we were were left with a tub of filler to complete some work he didnt have time to do!.
Thankfully following a phone call to Rob this was sorted out.
I am disappointed that our appliances are not more energy efficient, most are F or G rated.
As other reviewers have also stated, we had to chase for the Electrical Safety Cert to be sent to us.
Overall a nice kitchen but following my experience, I couldn't recommend Passmore to others

I contacted several kitchen installers and chose More Kitchens due to the professionalism of Julie and the improvements to the design I wants for my replacement kitchen
Also they were able to supply the fitments I required.
Waiting time was a little longer then expected due to delays in appliances beyond their control.
Jay the kitchen fitter was excellent and went above and beyond he needed to to make as little disruption to myself.
The washer,dishwasher and oven were installed as quickly as possible so I could use them whilst the kitchen was being replaced.
Jay solved the problems that came up, left the kitchen cleaned up every evening and consulted me every step.
I was able to change the worktop and glass that was ordered to different patten and shade before they where fitted.
I cannot thank Jay enough for doing such excellent work and Julie for keeping an eye on the project.

The experience of buying and selecting the kitchen was faultless. Julie being the only person from any of the kitchen companies we approached who took the time to visit us, and the benefit of that showed in the end result.
We tailored everything within the kitchen before ordering and then selected our own date for the installation to start.
The end product is fantastic, and everything we hoped it would be, however getting there through the installation was at times quite frustrating.
Our fitter didn't show up or left the job on more than one occasion, which lengthened the time of installation beyond three weeks, and over two Bank Holidays.
Calls to our Project Manager were required to get focus back on our kitchen, as is mentioned elsewhere, you may get promised a fitter who is dedicated to just your job, but it is not the case.
I would have expected more care taken of our home as well, not using covers over carpets, and damage to new wallpaper among my gripes to the Project Manager.
A shame, because the inventiveness of our fitter in solving space issues, and ideas for finishing touches were really good, and added to the design.
I do not have my Electricity Certification as yet, and it appears I may need to chase this up.
In summary, great kitchens, great planning, but perhaps the installation side not quite matching those standards in some areas.

After seeing our daughter’s kitchen which was designed and fitted by Passmore’s, we were impressed enough to visit their Harrogate showroom and we’re impressed by the variety of styles available. On Andy’s planning visit he came up with excellent ideas on how to create a larger kitchen from a smaller kitchen and utility room. On his site visit Rob suggested tweaks to improve the look of the planned kitchen even more and pointed out things we hadn’t even considered. The fitter, plasterer and electrician all arrived as planned and all worked to a very high standard. Special mention must be given to Jay for his attention to detail and commitment to making sure we got the kitchen we wanted. He kept us informed throughout, overcame unexpected difficulties with plumbing which were not of his making and left the site spotless at the end of each working day. He was extremely hard working, took obvious pride in his work and was a very personable young man. We would be very happy to recommend Passmore’s for carrying out a kitchen refurbishment and have now booked them in to do a similar project for our downstairs cloakroom.

Passmores refurbished our en-suite so there was no question that we would involve them in updating our kitchen.
Although we were initially concerned that we would lose a few useful features of our existing kitchen Simon Grant came up with an innovative design that met our criteria completely. Rob Hands was the project manager and he suggested additions, which improved the aesthetics further. The installation was carried out by Martin Chippendale and with his attention to detail we feel certain that he took as much care in installing our kitchen as he would his own. Martin also suggested useful improvements and had no hesitation in making changes to ensure the kitchen met for our needs. The electrician was also accommodating.
Martin often said that he, Simon and Rob worked well together to ensure the customer gets the kitchen they want and we have no reason to doubt him.
The installation started on the date projected and was completed on time even including supplying the appliances, which I know others found difficult to source.
This proved a virtually hassle-free project for us and we have a kitchen that is attractive, modern and will meet our needs for many years to come.

We have been so impressed with the quality of the total service provided by the Passmore Group. They have designed and created a beautiful new bedroom for us which involved some internal building to reconfigure the space. The design of the space was really imaginative and the care and attention paid to the initial survey really paid off. The quality of the bedroom drawers and wardrobes is excellent as is the standard of the flooring. The job itself was complex involving the full range of joinery, plastering, plumbing and electrical skills. Despite the upheaval that such a project involves we appreciated the friendly care and attention paid by the installation team and the way in which we felt involved with all decisions that often need to be made as the work proceeds. We are delighted with the final result.

When we decided to have a new kitchen we wanted a company to do the work who would take charge and give us the complete package from design to installation and to have it totally project managed to include electrician, plumber, plasterer etc.
We found Passmore Kitchens who offered to do all of this for us.
From day one to completion they were fantastic. Design was done professionally by Julie and made sure we were given what we asked for in features, products, units and all the appliances.
Rob came and did a full check prior to staring the installation to confirm all was correct and what we’d asked for. Rob was always available when we needed any info or help.
At this point a special thanks to Jay our main installer who took full charge of the job from ripping out the old kitchen and a tiled floor which must have been hard to take up to the final hand over of our beautiful new kitchen.
Jay did a fantastic professional installation. He made sure all went smoothly and always kept us informed of how things were going.
Jay always turned up when he said he would and at the end of the days work left the job tidy and clean.
A very polite and and helpful young man and did a fantastic job.
So I would def recommend Passmore kitchens should you be looking to have one. We’ll done all staff at Passmore.

Couldn’t be happier with the completed kitchen.
From concept to completion, everything was done with precision and was trouble free.
The work started on time, and was finished within the expected timescales, with no real problems.
Everyone involved worked tirelessly to compete the job, but I must mention Jay in particular, as he was responsible for the majority of the job. He ripped out the old kitchen - which was no easy task - and fitted the new one. Not only was he a genuinely nice guy, he was also a first class fitter and his toil paid off, as I am delighted with the end result.
A very big thank you to Simon, who completely redesigned the kitchen and accommodated all my last minute changes. Rob who project managed, and all the contractors involved. Everyone who had a hand in the project did a sterling job, and were all genuinely nice people to deal with. Extra special thanks to Jay who was fabulous in every way.
I would have no problem recommending Passmore, they provided a first class professional service. You can trust that their project management expertise is worth every penny.

If you are looking for a cheap kitchen, then suggest you look elsewhere. Passmore provide a full and supervised design and installation service for which they charge commensurately, avoiding the need to run around looking for reliable and competent contractors, particularly in this time of CV19. We had one or two hiccoughs along the way but these were resolved quickly and amicably. All trades were good but self employed installer, Andy, who did the majority of the work, merits particular mention as a first rate, multi-talented craftsman,100% user friendly and a thoroughly nice bloke to boot. Choice of appliance brands initially offered not expansive and not all of the best quality, but we finished up with what we wanted (global supply issues aside) after a bit of toing and froing. Installation originally stated at 3 to 4 weeks but turned out to be 6 - long enough to be eating out of a microwave and washing up in the bath. For the overall price paid, a final professional clean of the installation would have been a nice touch.

Wow what amazing professional service from start to finish from the original visit of such a talented designer Simon who completely blew our minds with new design ideas that we never thought of to the professional visit from our Project Manager Rob who dealt with any queries so quickly and efficiently we didn’t have to worry everything needed was handled by Rob all the stress taken away from us then Martin who fitted our kitchen was absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble any problems or queries he always answered an absolute dream to have working in our home the standard of fitting our kitchen is A* plus. Thank you all for making our new kitchen such a stress free experience. Would definitely highly recommend to anyone in need of a new kitchen. Again thank you to all concerned. I have just had a complete kitchen installation with More kitchens,which has surpassed all my expectations,most of this was due to Martin who ripped out my existing units and worked tirelessly getting the shell ready for a refit,Martin stayed cheerful from start to finish and I cannot thank him enough for keeping my spirits up,the end result is superb and I could not have wished for a better result,I would highly recommend Passmore group,and thank you again to Martin also to Julie,Rob and the gas and electrical team A job very well done. Excellent service from start to finish, special thanks to Mick who went the extra mile to create our dream kitchen. All the tradesmen were very good nothing too much trouble all very polite and courteous. Also thanks to Simon and Rob for their expertise. Would highly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the end product.
Martin the fitter went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, as I needed the kitchen to meet my disabilities. He was polite and a pleasure to have in our home. Would have him back anytime. Even with the pandemic the process from the first phone call to the end result went smoothly. In all, I am very pleased with Passmore and would recommend them to anyone who is thinking of a new kitchen.

Just had our kitchen completed by Passmore Group, More Kitchens. I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen. It’s only a small kitchen but Simon completely redesigned it and it looks so much bigger ! I wanted a company that would do everything, design, refit, plastering, electrics, flooring etc and More Kitchens didn’t let me down . All the guys were great and very professional. Big thanks to Jason , our kitchen fitter , absolutely brilliant! And to Rob, our Project Manager , who was always on hand for any problems. I got cheaper quotes but they were not offering what More Kitchens were and I wanted quality and professionalism , and that’s what I got . Thank you !

Kitchen and Bathroom Refit -
We have just had our Kitchen and Bathroom fitted by More Kitchens and More Bathrooms.
Our overall observation- Absolutely fantastic.
Both Craig the Kitchen Fitter and Armajit the Bathroom Fitter were exceptional. Not only did they work to the highest standards but also they were both always willing to go " the extra mile " to create the perfect Kitchen and Bathroom for us.
They both made suggestions to us that would only improve the final job and we took their expert advice on board.
Very impressed with both their range of skills and their high standards.
We would recommend More Kitchens and More Bathrooms without a second thought.

We were very pleased with the way the project was managed, from start to finish.From Simon's initial design visit to Rob's project management we felt that our wishes and concerns were taken into account.Everyone involved worked in an efficient and pleasant way and made us feel as if our project was important. The work proceeded seemlessly from start to finish and we were never in the position where we did not know what was happening next. Particular thanks go to John, who fitted the kitchen and to James who had some very challenging electrics to sort out!
At all times we were able to liaise with Rob who dealt very patiently with all my queries and concerns. Thanks also to the team at Head Office who were always pleasant and helpful to deal with.
